MARINA Offers FREE Seaman's Book for First Timers and 50% Off for Regular Seafarers

In a video conference with President Rodrigo Duterte with his cabinet members, DoTr Secretary Arthur Tugade eagerly presented the accomplishments they made with his team the MARINA Board.
Their latest meeting resulted in a free Seaman's Book application for first timer seafarers and a 50% discount for regulars mariners.
President Duterte further complimented the secretary and expressed his frustration as to why he did not pursue running for senator.
