It’s got to be snake without a question. Batman is pretty stealthy, but he has the added advantage that people don’t know he’s there in the first place most of the time. Same thing with Altair and most of the assassins. Remaining stealthy in an active combat situation on a battlefield is pretty freaking hard. Especially considering that most of the time his enemies know he’s there somewhere and are actively looking for him, and he still maintains the element of surprise.
Solid Snake is the man who do weird stuff like putting boxes everywhere. But at the end he succeed to not trigger the alarm and complete the mission. Ezio is the man you detect without realizing it. You subconsciously know he's the killer. But deep inside, you find him too cool for wanting to really stop him. Batman is the man you know he's there somewhere, and you would give anything to NOT knowing it !
I think the only thing I wanted to here was how the milita had more tech that would counter batman like the suits they'd wear to be invisible to batmans detective mode and how they use a detective mode tracker to find him, batman couldn't rely on his detective mode often untill he took out the guy, batman also had to aviod drones, sentry guns, big dudes with mini guns. I almost forgot he was able to aviod a giant fear hallucination scarecrow who I think might have more situational awareness in feargas but he was still able to aviod him. And batman was able to stealth in his batmobile which I think is pretty impressive because of big his batmobile is he was able to take out multiple giant tanks and even the arkham knight in his own tank.
TYGER were honestly probably more of a threat than the Militia. The militia were told how to counter batman, advised where to shoot him, but they were just regular guys in the end. TYGER were soldiers that were trained to not feel fear, one of Batman's biggest tools (pretty sure in game they can never be terrified). Snake fights soldiers on the level of TYGER pretty often too, whereas they're usually the final group of enemies for Batman.

The stealthiest characters that come to my mind are ForgetMeNot: A mutant whose presence completely vanishes from memory whenever he is not directly in the line of someone's sight. The other would be Gremmy from Bleach, he possesses a power that allows him to vanish first from a person's memory then from existence, and then willingly reform himself to attack his opponent. Notably, damage he does to opponents tend to remain even if his existence has vanished.
Imp from Worm possesses the ability to make people forget her existence. She can be right in front of them and they won't realise. She used this power to assassinate almost every S class threat in the verse lol.
I think it depends on the *type* of stealth you're looking for. Ezio is really good at social stealth compared to the other two, as you yourself said. But Snake and Batman do have an edge in terms of sneaking about more traditionally
Hey CRISIS! First off, love the videos and content you make, they are so addicting to watch time and time again, I do have a request for a versus matchup but I don't know if the two franchises I'm about to mention you have the high quality knowledge as you do in DC or Metal Gear Solid. I'll request anyway as I think it'd be interesting to look at, that would be Homelander from Season 3 of The Boys against Tai Lung from the first Kung Fu Panda movie. Both seem pretty similar in terms of tiers, as Homelander is City Block level and Tai Lung is Large Building level, so I think it'd be really interesting how these two would pair up against each other. Obivously you can choose what you wanna do, I'm just throwing out this suggestion
Keep in mind the other two actually have some sort of power or ability, as well as using actual weapons, Batman relies solely on physical strength and stealth gadgets.
Sam fisher should be here , yes he's not as good as these guys but only in physical capabilities but as far as being a stealth operatives go he is in par with these guys he knows when to hit and when to just wait for prey even for hours he is a genius when it comes to stealth.

Arno is a very good contender given his stealth and gadgets Shay is also really good given he can counter a lot of assassin attacks and hunt them down ( also he has a damn grenade launcher ) Ezio is extremely talented and has many feats so he is a safe bet. Edward has extremely too many feats if we take the forgotten temple and the books into consideratio. He is extremely stealthy, not so much as Arno but a whole lot. He is extremely smart , not as Altair but a lot He is very good in combat, not as much as ezio but very much He is very talented and we'll rounded. This was all without ever mentioning how Psycho Mantis could break the 4th wall and tell you the player what your favorite game was based on the play time in your memory card.
I typically avoid using ____ but worse characters, like Big Boss from Metal Gear is just a worse Solid Snake as far as comparing him to other fictional universes. No double dipping essentially.
It's Snake. There is no way to compare. Batman and Ezio are sneaky, and stealthy, but they go against very earthly beings. Where Snake literally faces the supernatural, and if you play him correctly, he becomes The Supernatural. Ezio blends into a crowd, and Batman stands in shadow, but Snake can become dirt, and grass. As if the earth itself rises to swallow his enemies whole.
Now I'm curious, can anyone please tell me what kind of thing Comic Batman has to stomp all of these stealth masters? His feats are that amazing? Are we sure we are not like, compositing a bunch of versions of the same character or something? sorry it's just that seems very OP to me.
bats has entirely hidden his heartbeat and breathing from superman on multiple occasions (superman who can not only hear every single heartbeat on earth, but distinguishes those heartbeats on a person to person level) off the top of my head, “the day the earth stood still” is one of those comics where he hides his presence. if i’m not mistaken he uses an advanced form of active noise control, taken to an insane degree. he’s been trained by literal magicians and if i remember correctly, he learned the majority of his disappearing acts from zatanas father. combined with the fact that he’s usually shown to have some sort of an x-ray like vision (example, detective vision in the arkham series”) there’s virtually nothing ezio could do that bats hasn’t done tenfold. now i don’t know much about snake but if he’s comparable to people like deathstroke, ras al ghoul, or jason todd’s red hood (arkham knight) then snake really doesn’t have anything batman hasn’t seen before
@@ajestoncommand1122 yessir! the issue with comics is that there’s so many iterations of the character that unless you’re talking about a specific universe, most characters have so many insanely complex feats, it’s hard to keep track of. there’s one universe where he created a satellite called “brother eye” which orbits earth for the sole reason of keeping track of super powered beings (which eventually went rogue and started turning people into cyborgs called the OMACS to takeover earth and eventually another planet called Apokolips).
@@onion... I think even in one scene for Mainline Batman, Oracle has defensive system that tracks the difference in air waves and patterns along with other security's systems and Batman can get in there without sounding an alarm
Yeah, that's a problem with power-scaling comics, the characters being OP is one thing, but with so many versions and, in some cases, inconsistent feats, it's very hard to keep track of.
Fair enough. Ezio is just not set to a higher standard due to the time period he was in. He would have to surpass the League of Assassins and whatever Snake has to go against in order for him to be held at a higher regard. Good video. I was cheering for Batman, but I never played MGS, but the points were well addressed and difficult to refute.
Do you not realize Batman had to takedown train assassin with flying drones and guns with soldiers who couldn’t even detected with Batman’s gadgets so if we are being honest no Ezio isn’t close to that first of all he’s basically had powers which cloaks but outside of that he wasn’t very unique cause he didn’t have to deal with trained assassins and militia at high intellectual levels
Nice analysis, but personally I would think it would have been neat to include guys like Adam Jensen (infiltrates illuminati buildings) and Agent 47 (infiltrates the damn white house with no gadgets) Personally I think the best in terms of stealth is Corvo Attano... Dude is able to outmaneuver literal wizards and demons and is capable of doing that without even using magic, because the game lets you totally free to play as a "normal" human being
unfortunately, Sam is too realistically grounded to compete with the more super human qualities of the other three, but i am sort of surprised by the Agent 47 part, but maybe i'm just overestimating some of the stuff he's done.
@@piratekinghavoc6251 Idk their capabilities extensively (haven't read any external material outside the games) but I'd figured they'd be worth mentioning since they are extremely iconic in the stealth genre regardless of whether they'd be winning or not.
It definitively is amusing how easily Solid would outmatch Arkham Batman if they had a death battle. He has him beat in pretty much every category except IQ and Equipment.
Hmm… if I had to pick who is the sneakiest game character, I’d pick… damn this is tough… I dunno, Agent 47 (depending on who plays) is probably, imo, the stealthiest. Hiding in plain sight, he knows how to do virtually everything, from professionally playing the drums, to understanding how advanced factory machinery works, he can be anywhere, anyone, and no one will ever even think that it’s strange.
I feel like Batman isn't extremely stealthy, but much more observant. He is the worlds greatest detective, which builds on his perception and observation skills. He knows where a blindspot is, where people are going to patrol, where they are going to run to or from. He just knows by studying, so he doesn't have to be stealthy like Solid Snake. Batman also has better technology than most of the villians in Gotham, where Snake is usually on par technology wise with his surroundings.
In my opinion Ezio is easily the most impressive when it comes to stealth. This was in an older era so he did everything with no tech whatsoever and the fact he can be invisible and not be seen at all without tech is impressive.
You did forget a few super notably feats of Arkham Batman, with one in particular showing his extreme awareness. There's a scene in the Shadow War DLC missions in Arkham Knight where two knives are thrown at Batman FROM BEHIND, and he tilts his head just enough to the left, and then the right to dodge them, and he does so like it is nothing.
The sneakiest person in fiction I can think of is the Doctor, he has once created a device that would allow him to move around freely without being noticed, that and the T.A.R.D.S can cloak it's just stuck and he won't fix it
@@Oilupplz On paper, Fisher blows everyone here out of the water in raw stealth but at the same time, his opposition is nowhere near as stiff as Arkham and Metal Gear where Superhumans and ultra-advanced tech run rampant.

That's a good point. Batman also seeks to be seen a lot for intimidations sake, as opposed to Snake.
@@CRISIS_COMICS Taskmaster vs deathstroke
batmans foes also know he is there via hugo strange, arkham knight or whatever faction he is engaged with telling them that batman is in the room.
Batman stays stealthy in combat situations all the time, and in Arkham the thugs never stop looking for batman once there's a sign of his presence
10:30
TYGER were honestly probably more of a threat than the Militia. The militia were told how to counter batman, advised where to shoot him, but they were just regular guys in the end. TYGER were soldiers that were trained to not feel fear, one of Batman's biggest tools (pretty sure in game they can never be terrified). Snake fights soldiers on the level of TYGER pretty often too, whereas they're usually the final group of enemies for Batman.
I agree. You defended your position very well too, better than I could have justified it for sure. Nice one
I kinda wanna see you talk about characters with elemental abilities because I think it be cool

Yeah he would probably beat snake in a fist fight. Batman could even resist Snakes fear and psychosis inducing equipment thanks to his impressive showings against the scarecrows fear toxins without any defensive measures like the nano machines.
@@mwperk02Pretty sure Big Boss knows every martial art and Solid Snake scales above Big Boss. So skill is pretty even
If their both in a naked fight snakes CQC is a kind of martial arts Batman has never known also snake knows CQC and every other kind of martial Arts on top of it
The stealthiest characters that come to my mind are ForgetMeNot: A mutant whose presence completely vanishes from memory whenever he is not directly in the line of someone's sight. The other would be Gremmy from Bleach, he possesses a power that allows him to vanish first from a person's memory then from existence, and then willingly reform himself to attack his opponent. Notably, damage he does to opponents tend to remain even if his existence has vanished.
I believe he specified characters in gaming.

But Snake and Batman do have an edge in terms of sneaking about more traditionally
the fact you used mgs music for the intro is appropriate for the true king of stealth
Would you take the Grinch VS Bigfoot instead?!😊😊

He’s not.

Ezio has literal super senses and sneaks around elite guards; and like you said he can blend in and out of environments in broad daylight without darkness to rely on.

If you count odyssey then it is most likely them, aren’t they like a Demi god?
The one who is the most versatile and Is prepared to fight the dirtiest and outsmart his opponents. That immediately takes out Connor, Altair, Bayek, Evie and Jacob of the equation.
Arno is a very good contender given his stealth and gadgets
Shay is also really good given he can counter a lot of assassin attacks and hunt them down ( also he has a damn grenade launcher )
Ezio is extremely talented and has many feats so he is a safe bet.
Edward has extremely too many feats if we take the forgotten temple and the books into consideratio.
He is extremely stealthy, not so much as Arno but a whole lot.
He is extremely smart , not as Altair but a lot
He is very good in combat, not as much as ezio but very much
He is very talented and we'll rounded. He is the jack of all trades while also being the best shooter and tactical commander so his battle iq is on par with at least ezio.
Taking everything in consideration he is the most versatile out of everyone and with the right circumstances he has the best CHANCE of winning.
If that battle royal happened 100 times I'm pretty damn sure he would have the most wins in the list followed by ezio and then Arno and shay together

You ever hear of a little thing called bad writing.
Snakes got the gunslinging from Arthur and meme feats from resident evil

Maybe you could do a video analizing the stealth capabilities of Sam Fisher and Naked Snake in the future?

As soon as I saw snake I knew it wasn’t even close
Now I'm curious, can anyone please tell me what kind of thing Comic Batman has to stomp all of these stealth masters? His feats are that amazing? Are we sure we are not like, compositing a bunch of versions of the same character or something? sorry it's just that seems very OP to me.
bats has entirely hidden his heartbeat and breathing from superman on multiple occasions (superman who can not only hear every single heartbeat on earth, but distinguishes those heartbeats on a person to person level) off the top of my head, “the day the earth stood still” is one of those comics where he hides his presence.
if i’m not mistaken he uses an advanced form of active noise control, taken to an insane degree. he’s been trained by literal magicians and if i remember correctly, he learned the majority of his disappearing acts from zatanas father.
combined with the fact that he’s usually shown to have some sort of an x-ray like vision (example, detective vision in the arkham series”) there’s virtually nothing ezio could do that bats hasn’t done tenfold.
now i don’t know much about snake but if he’s comparable to people like deathstroke, ras al ghoul, or jason todd’s red hood (arkham knight) then snake really doesn’t have anything batman hasn’t seen before
Jesus Christ... Ok, I get it now. Thanks for the answer!@@onion...
Surprised Sam Fisher isn't here. He is the arguably the stealthiest.
I love Splinter Cell, but he's not the stealthiest by a long shot

Nice analysis, but personally I would think it would have been neat to include guys like Adam Jensen (infiltrates illuminati buildings) and Agent 47 (infiltrates the damn white house with no gadgets)
Personally I think the best in terms of stealth is Corvo Attano... Dude is able to outmaneuver literal wizards and demons and is capable of doing that without even using magic, because the game lets you totally free to play as a "normal" human being

Its the cameraman never getting caught while getting every angle imaginable
But let's at least acknowledge that the true stealth savant Sam fisher is unmatched in video games when it comes to the art of sneak
No.
I thought it was really funny when I played Arkham Asylum for the first time that Batman tracked a guy through alcohol burp clouds left in the air.
Batman : “Stealthy as the night.”
Solid Snake: “And Deadly as the Snake.”
Ezio: “We are the most interesting men in the world.”

Bro no way you put in ass creed man, but not corvo my MAN! good video though.
Bro it's just a game...... don't play that montage
idk who tf Corvo is and Ezio's more popular
In my opinion Ezio is easily the most impressive when it comes to stealth.
This was in an older era so he did everything with no tech whatsoever and the fact he can be invisible and not be seen at all without tech is impressive.
But that is countered because he also didn't go up against any tech, no drones, no night vision goggles, no cameras.
Not that impressive when you think of how hard the future was for stealth operatives like Snake as well even with all the tech they had.
Sam Fisher so stealthy he didn't even make the list kappa
I say Nathan Drake from uncharted not the first one
Ezio, Batman & Snake sneaking around the guards...meanwhile 47 walks past them dressed as the guards
Sam Fisher would like a word
I'm rewatching this again and I have to ask if its ok with you can you do part 2 of this video with other sneaky video game protagonist?
You did forget a few super notably feats of Arkham Batman, with one in particular showing his extreme awareness. There's a scene in the Shadow War DLC missions in Arkham Knight where two knives are thrown at Batman FROM BEHIND, and he tilts his head just enough to the left, and then the right to dodge them, and he does so like it is nothing.
The sneakiest person in fiction I can think of is the Doctor, he has once created a device that would allow him to move around freely without being noticed, that and the T.A.R.D.S can cloak it's just stuck and he won't fix it
Props to ezio for holding a candle to these meta humans, especially for someone with extreme limitations
Cool idea can you make a video about the best hand to hand fighters in video games and put them against each other
For me, in your list of three i choose and it's very obviously that the master of stealth combat is Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid series.
Nice video, although imho Agent 47 and Sam Fisher would've been better combatants against Snake
Ezio is smoking, a blunt and playing assassin’s creed, while his Eagle is keeping an eye on Batman and snake
