It's a very emotional song. Real men also cry. There is nothing wrong with that. It's hard for a man because everyone expects them to be Taft. My husband got a lot of stress at work and just a while ago he also broke down. My ❤ going out to all the men that have nobody to talk to about their feelings. Everybody needs somebody to talk to when they are depressed especially men..😢
I played this song for my husband and he said when you find the right person for you you will never feel this way we just celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary he knows i will always have his back
I really like your reaction. You looked at the camera a lot like you were just looking for the other men who feel this and there are many. You are not the only one who has cried during this song and as a woman it has brought awareness that men need to hear the same things a woman does.
I love your honest, raw emotions. I admire a man who see's the problem and willing to fix it..This too shall pass for you..my hubby of 30 yrs is an alcoholic that got worse once he retired this past MArch-he been drunk daily since..Ibroke down and told him today that I just can't live like this anymore..so we've decided to call it quits-he chose alcohol over me but I understand thats harder..we have 6 grown children and 10 grands..I wish you the best!
I'm sorry he chose that path instead of fixing the issue😮💨 Some people cant get away from it and cant handle a sober mind, I have struggled with letting it go myself. I hope live a happy life with your family. thank you for your kind words XXX
Dude, tears are a healthy expression of empathy and emotion and there's nothing to apologize for if you cry on camera. There is no shame or weakness in tears, nor strength in their suppression. Too many men are lost to fear of full emotional expression and discourse and it should not require the courage it still does in 2024. Props for putting this out there and helping counter the narrative which has ultimately contributed to many 'self-deleting' before seeking help in doing so. Not sure where you're based but in the UK, outside certain ethnic groups, things have culturally evolved to be far healthier for men than appears widely to be the case in the US. But sadly support and resources have not followed - so the underlying pressures faced remain widely unaddressed. Safe spaces and good examples help to save lives.
Totally agree and I do think its a normal why to respond to emotion, I find myself more in touch with that side as I get older and feel a bit more and this topic hits hard too haha, appreciate the love
