Another tip would be to add a narrow strip of 1/8” aluminum flat stock so it sandwiches the seal the entire length if space allows.
Excellent. My dealer installed my seal kit and he didn’t do a very good job. I will get the pins and some 3m tape to reattach.
Thanks for the videos guys.

Where did you get that weather stripping from?
Very good modification.
I was looking and I do not see this kit on your site. Do you still have them?
Great Tip! Does anyone know of Kawasaki is addressing a sound barrier for the back panel?
I'll have you install my when you do the oil change
What is the purpose of the rubber under the seat?
It helps block dirt from entering the cab from the openings under the body.
also there's a huge gap right around the seat belt retractor that lets in a ton of cold air (winter riding) and also water when crossing creeks or hitting big puddles.
I don’t know why Kawasaki didn’t put the seal kit on the vehicle in the first place they could’ve added that in the price of the vehicle.
Tell Kawasaki to put it on at the factory like they should, lord knows they charge enough for the bare bone machines anyway
