I don't have anything to add to the topic, so here's a random market thing I noticed recently (PC): For some reason, the trade price for the Nautilus Set is higher than the in-game market price (which also comes with a free potato, and no crafting resource costs). It's one of the few times I've noticed that the in-game market price is actually better than the trade price.
Yeah, it's quite stupid, I was even told off by people when I said trading a bit and buying Nautilus from the market was actually much faster that farming it
I'm going to get 1000 plat for my birthday so seeing prices go down on console is awesome so I can get a bunch of primes weapons and frames instead of like 5 weapons or frames
I play on playstation, switch and PC interchangeably (cross save is awesome) depending on what room I'm in. I love having thousands of Platt on PC and PlayStation and zero on switch😂..interesting strategy, keeping my money OUT of the Nintendo economy. I'm ot some console warrior/master race snob, so it makes it extra weird since I legit enjoy playing on switch. The gyro aiming on pad is a great hybrid of mouse precision and ergo od a pad....but it want to trade or purchse...to another market my cash goes.
What I can tell you having played since the first star chart on pc....the supply for trading is abyssal. It does not exhaust and because of that most cases you can get rock bottom pricing and still find someone willing to take it. 500p r5 arcane? Post buying it for 200 and just wait. Someone wants plat bad enough and the length of time we have had to stack surplus is ungoldly
Content droughts drove the community to basically farm nothing endlessly via prime parts during content droughts as there were so few alternatives before
Yeah. I don’t think people realised how bad it was on console. Not only were the prices rediculous, but nobody ever had platinum. People either had none because they’d spent all of it on rediculous deals, or they would lie about having any since they didn’t want to waste it. I have never owned/traded platinum EVER on console, in my 3 years of playing. I only ever had that 50 starter platinum, wasting it on rushing a build as instructed to by DEs tutorial. I would offer things like whole prime sets, mods like hammer shot, and rivens.. For nobody to take any deal unless plat wasn’t involved. Being on console is like living in a merchantile society that hasn’t discovered currency yet.
It's not saving anybody. In typical warframe fashion, I can't even trade with players on my own console now without going though a 9 step process, I am too busy having a life to figure out.
Basically for console players: - You're going to need less Plat to buy Stuff - You're going to be making less plat from selling Stuff For PC Players: - You're going to need slightly more Plat to buy Stuff - You're going to be making slightly more plat from selling Stuff (Bonus) PC: - Forma Skips might be slightly more affordable (Bonus) Console: - Forma Skips might be Significantly less affordable
only thing to be done is to start dumping my sets tonight. its a shame cause you never had to spend money on plat when you could easily buy parts 10p a pop and sell sets for 150-200 each@@Average_Internet_User101
awesome! it took me a lot longer than 7 months of playing to wrap my head around how to play the market. glad you were able to take advantage of it before it (hopefully doesn't) crash. i'll still be making good plat should this happen, but my favorite thing to do in game is play trade chat while meeting new people and socializing, it's fast paced, not in any way repetitive, i hope that isn't ripped away from me. it's what brings me back to warframe time and time again @@Average_Internet_User101

Glad to see cross platform interaction becoming the norm these past few years. Nintendo always the last domino to fall.

The switch issue is a Nintendo thing not DE. This is overall good for Warframe
the issue is now i cant trade with same platform(xbox) only cross save accounts(pc)
Hey,is there any way to fix it?😅

This'll be pretty interesting how it evolves.
I spent so much on hydroid prime after his rework. Rip my plat
What mic are you using Bubbins?
It's a Rode Procaster!
