Moongdal aur whole wheat flour se bani ye ekdum asan recipe hai aur healthy bhi.
Moongdal ko proper soak karle.app isme green moong dal bhi use kar sakte hai.
Dough ko bhi ekdum tight lagayen.
Masalae aap koi bhi kam ya jada kar sakte hai.

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 2 cup ( 250 -300 gm)
Moong dal 1/4 cup
Cooking oil 1/4 cup
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Ajwain 1 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Fresh kari pata 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1-2 tbs
Hing 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste 🤤
Cooking oil for frying
Water as needed
