  • Hello friends this is a sessional mango pickle recipe. Ekdum perfect hai isko banane ka tarika. Aur ye ishi month mein banaya jata hai.
    July ke month mein achar wali Kerri bahut acchi atti hai toh ye achar mostly abhi hi banaya jata hai.
    Ram kela name se ye Kerri ekdum asani se market me mil jati hai.
    Maine ye Kerri ke achar m bahut hi kam oil ka use kiya hai .
    Aap isme oil ko kam ya jada kar sakte hai.
    Agar achar me kharab hone jaisa lagta hai tab usme oil ko aur jada daal dene par achar ki self life aur jada ho jaati hai .
    Achar ko 1-2 din me stir karte rahna chahiye toh achar kabhi bhi kharab nahi hota hai.
    Koi bhi achar banaye toh saaf safai ka bahut dhayan rakhen.
    Achar ko air tight container main Store Karen aur container ekdum clean hona chahiye.
    salty water se hi ye Kerri ka achar preserve rahta hai isliye oil ki jarurat jada nahi hai.
    Ingredients
    Raw mango (kachi Kerri) 2 kg
    Mustard oil (Raw) 150 ml (as needed)
    Regular kitchen salt 225- 250 gm (1 cup)
    Methi Dana (Fenugreek seeds) 50 gm
    Sounf (fennel seeds) 100 gm
    Yellow rai daal 20-25 gm (5-6 tbsp)
    Kalonji (2 spoons) 15-20 gm
    Ajwain 2 tsp
    Hing 2 tsp
    Red chilli powder 20-25 gm 4-5 tbsp (as needed
    Haldi powder 15-20 gm (4-5 tbsp)
    • you can use any other achar masala and any kitchen spices like black pepper, jeera and dry coriander in this recipe.
