  • Hello friends this is a simple authentic and so delicious atta biscuit recipe.
    A healthy biscuit recipe you can try very easily at home. Ghar ke hisab se kabhi bhi banaye aur ghar ke hi ingredients se bani ye recipe ekdum asan aur healthy hai.
    Aap isko half atta aur half maida bhi le sakte hai.
    Without oven aap isko kadhi me bhi bake kar sakte h.
    👉🏻 Isme ghee ka hi use le aur ghee adha jama hua le.. melted nahi.
    👉🏻 OTG ya oven ko apne hisab se set kare.
    My oven timing is 180° to 25 mins, oven preheated hona chahiye.

    Ingredients
    Atta (regular kitchen flour) 250 gm 1-1/2 cup
    Ghee (clarified butter) 1/2 cup 100 gm
    Sugar powder 1/2 +2 tbsp 100 gm
    Milk 1/2 (as needed)
    Elaichi powder 1 tsp
    Coconut powder 2 tbsp (optimal)
