One time they would lock up, next time you stand on the brakes you barely slow down. I made them buy it back or I was gonna lemon law them. I got a L300 dirt cheap. .5 financing so I only paid like $500 interest. I got the V6 model. That car was fast. It was a Saab. It looked like a Saab. Saab drive train. Even the exhaust was Saab. Very little pipe. It was just a bunch of cats hooked together. Then our state went CARB like Cali. I patched the exhaust together cause it needed replacing. It would have cost $5000 for the one section of cats. I did the muffler once. Dealer only part. $300. Car was to expensive to fix. Subframe rotted out 3 times. I finally gave up. I still have a new sub frame for it.
If you do expand the shop I'd just put a big garage door in the wall instead of knocking it down, that way you aren't back to a full time heating and cooling $$$ nightmare like the old shop.
