I mean I wasn’t that helpful cu I had it for a year but I servhed it up bc it was like a timing boom it went *tick* *louder tick* *tick* an then the loudest alarm sound went on and everything restarted and that keep on happening for 2 days so if you know how to fix it please make a video about it

Same, I was hoping there was a trick to turn the snooze off, like a double or long press, etc.
All alarm clocks I've had in the past have also had a "sleep" button next to the snooze so you didn't have to actually turn the alarm off, because you will inevitably forget to switch it back on at some point and that really sucks.
