Hello, this recipe captured my eyes because this is not TRADITIONAL at all. Coffee and dijon sauce especially. I made it today, and it worked successfully. I put lemon juice instead of vinegar. So good with BBQ. As a korean, I love to see how korean cuisine has been developed outside of the peninsula. Thanks for this interesting recipe.

How strong is the coffee flavour? I'd love to try it but my wife does not tolerate coffee...

Probably not overpowering. I would mix the dressing and add the espresso in small amounts until it's balanced in your opinion (may get your wife to taste it also) rather than use the full recipe amount if you are not sure. My 2c

Are you worried about over-crowding the pan with the amount of sprouts you have? I know it's large, but seeing the sprouts spread out on the pan, there are a LOT. (That fire alarm trick is KEY!!)
