I actually thought the burnt flavor was because of the stone, but I didn't really mind it. I'll make sure to clean out the stone after every 'za now.
And if you don't already know, if you open up the pellet hopper in the back just an inch or so the flame gets much bigger and thus your oven will get hotter. Might be useful.

Good tip. I actually use a burger/fish slice to turn my pizza with. Find it easier than the peel.

Is possible to use this oven only with little solid wood stick, instead pellet?

After taking out the first pizza out of the uuni oven how long do u wait for the pizza stone to get hot again? Cause i know this that if i put the pizza right away after taking out a pizza the bottom doesn’t cook all that well!

victor ochoa Hi, I have had the same sometimes. I have found it depends on a few things.
The outdoor temperature-in winter it obviously takes the heat away faster than the summer.
Wind! This seems to be a big factor in how much heat builds up in the oven and on the stone.
And the woodpellet quality, I have used cheap ones and won't now. I like the beech wood ones uuni sells as they last longer and are good and hot.
      Too much door opening.
But I suppose on average it is usually hot enough for me by the time it's taken me to assemble the next pizza (approx 2 mins ) if you aren't sure get yourself an infrared thermometer like I show in my naan bread video. It's been a real help. I always aim to get the forward quarter of the stone to be about 300c and way hotter at the back.
Hope that's some help. Happy cooking
