Bus Journey in the Snow + Lots of Struggles!

Some experiences of the snow in West London, on a U1 as I was making my way back home (I was going to go to Bexleyheath but I gave up and returned on the A10 I came in on). Filmed on DE1676 (YX09FLB) - I couldn't get the 331 as all 4 buses were stuck in the snow!

Your lucky. I was left without a bus service and had to walk to Northwood hills to get a 282. NW London was really bad. left at 8am to go home and didn't get home till 3pm. The Gemini 3's are awful in the snow...

Great video, the Gemini 3 really struggled out there, I reckon the bus you went on had a bit of wheelslip.

Auto gearbox cannot deal with the slight incline @ 7:00 by the look of it.. I used to drive semi autos.. just slip into a lower gear and pull away gently.. Oyster payment cards... easy life.. I had to deal with change all time.. don't miss that at all.. Ticket machines don't look to have changed much though..

Atleast the buses were running in London on that day.. In my town I'm pretty sure all the services were not running. Yet again the service that goes past my house wouldn't have made it up the hill at the end of the road.
