Nice catch, I caught CSX GP38-3 2052 at the same crossing in Owassa, when I caught it in June, it was pulling 3 cars, but when I caught it a month later, it was pulling 4 cars.
Note: That 6569 is a GP40-3 (NOT a Spongebob Cab Variant) as CSX is Rebuilding the GP40s with PTC Equipment and with YN3C Paint and renumbered to the 6500 & 6600 Series as 6569 was ex GP40-2 6484.

Fixed. I'm guessing CSX must've decided rebuilding them with the new cabs was too expensive.
@@freebrickproductions not just that but with Positive Train Control heavily on the rise, CSX has to give them newer Technology.
@@BNSFTrains10 Pretty sure CSX has been equipping locomotives with PTC for well over a decade at this point.
