Ballet Dunun: Moribayassa - Fanka version (Individual dunun demo and performance)

Ballet Dunun playing can be really useful at times when you don't have enough people to form a complete Djembe and Dunun ensemble.
But if you are teaching traditional djembe and dunun, we would recommend to teach every single dunun part in its full rhythm structure. Because it is important to first know what are the original Dunun parts, then when you combine them together, you can know what are the parts you can "compromise" and what you shouldn't, in order to maintain the original "voicing".
So that eventually when you perform, you are still able to present the Dunun melody and the "voicing" intended for the rhythm traditionally.
