    How many reputations-rest time -sets ?

      10 reps each station then they change the work Between changing they rest for 3 mins

      We make 2-3 sets each player must past between 5-10 times it depends from intensity and physical preparation of the team we make this every 2nd week...

      @@Footballlabaratory 3 sets means that each player must do 5-10reps at each station , in total 20-40reps /set?

      @@Footballlabaratoryintermittent training 3 sets and 10 repetitions at each station in the volume microcycle, fewer series and repetitions in the intensive or regenerative microcycle?
