Really a solid overview, thank you. I agree that José Villarrubia did an outstanding job; this may be the closest to a perfect collected edition of comics of any book I’ve ever seen. It’s a treasure. I’m rereading it one issue per day and savoring it. Just beautiful work, both originally and in the care taken in this presentation.
Yes!!! First, thank you! And I love the “one issue a day read.” It’s something I started doing last year with Watchmen (it was like the 25th time I read it haha) but, i read one issue a day and it really resonated in a different way. So, I’ve done that with a few other series too!
