@@jiperezv hello Juan! The petipa foundation has a very interesting if not confusing account of this ballet including la Perle it's best you read for yourself the little humpbacked horse it's not clear who wrote the music drigo or assifiev! It sure sounds like drigo! It was choreographed by gorsky I hope this helps my friend! Look it up. Take care!
@@jiperezv from what I have read, this was by Riccardo Drigo originally from La Perle and was used later for The Little Humpbacked Horse. Petipa choreographed La Perle for the coronation of Nicholas II. The original libretto of La Perle has variations for the White Pearl, a pas de deux for the Yellow Pearl, and two "duos"-the Pink Pearls and the Black Pearls. Perhaps because this is also a duo of pearls, this was either the pink or black Pearl variation, but I have not been able to learn more than that, though I would be interested to find out more about the score of this ballet!
Where did you find this precious recording? Is more of the ballet available somewhere?
Thank you Juan for posting this rare gem. From little humpbacked horse. Written by Riccardo drigo for interpolation
Welcome. Do you know its origins? When was it composed? Does it have relation to the ballet "La Perle"? Thank you.

@@ronniedamnitz9295 The ballet itself was composed by Pugni, Drigo just composed inserts as did Pugni for Drigo's ballet like Talisman
