  • This demoreel video represents exactly what you can see through our latest AR prototype. CREAL focuses on offering the best quality digital imagery, at any distance, and this video showcases it.
Most AR headsets today project a flat image at far distance, making it uncomfortable to look at things that are close to its user. Our light-field technology makes it completely natural.
With 1 million colors, 55° FoV, an HD rendering load, 500 nits of brightness and 1000/1 contrast, the image quality reaches a level never experienced before in other AR headsets and glasses.
For more information, you can visit our AR dedicated webpage creal.com/ar/, or email us at contact@creal.com
    Enjoy!

Hello Creal team, I truly believe your tech will take over the AR and VR space and I'm incredibly excited for the future of Creal. Have you thought about working with content creaters yet like MRTV? I think the amount of anticipation and possibilities would be unreal. I know I would love to watch it. Just saying. Keep up the amazing work, HUGE fan!

Very nice to hear such support. Thanks! We don't push much on creating content as we can use already existing content and our primary task is to do hardware. We nevertheless collaborate on some content and do our own. T

Indeed, it is not small, but, note, that this is a display tech demonstrator (two years old). We are not making the end product. We are selling the display tech to those who will. Nevertheless, we are much farther now even with the tech demo. It is getting closer to the size of glasses and on top of it, it has a normal and totally transparent prescription lens! We have shown it publicly first time a month ago. Stay tuned! T

You can see and try our headsets at trade shows or at our base, you can even buy one, but it is very expensive now. You probably mean consumer or at least enterprise product. This depends also on our partners, we do display tech. Our partners do the whole product which still needs some 2 years of work. T

@@zerochain3176 We build them individually, so you can imagine. It also depends on the purpose. We provide/sell the headsets only if there is a bigger business behind it

i think the most important thing would be substractive color.
You made the backgrounds in this video very dark to hide the ugly truth of being only additive, but this will not help in reality. When apple announced to show a headset, i was very sure they would have solved it. And they did. They cheated, but they did it and the experience will be a million times better than any other ar headset. Lightfield wont help..

Thanks for your comment. You may be surprised that doing color subtraction in pass-through VR is actually a very simple task, technically. Many did it with flat screens, for instance, Varjo. And it is not a big problem for our light field either. See our VR videos, e.g. here ruclips.net/video/suvKxCeLEq0/видео.html , how our light-field adds a new level of immersivity, and visual comfort, and allows displaying things up close correctly and naturally also in VR. (There is no pass-through shown in the video, but it is not a big problem to add it with cameras. We don't do it, nor eye tracking, etc. because our product is the light-field display tech, not the rest of the device.)
Nevertheless, the video passthrough solution does terrible sacrifices also in Vision Pro. Half kilo brick on the face, isolating physically and socially, limiting the field of view, and providing unnatural flat imagery (causing vergence accommodation conflict, wrong ocular parallax, and therefore eye strain and fatigue etc., especially when looking at things up close). It needs to be yet proven or disproven, but from the point of view of visual and social comfort, and even vision health, it will be a living nightmare in a wide range of situations.
See-through AR is a bit different tool. Its main benefit is that it preserves the natural unobscured view of reality and even eye contact if done well (not the case of most products today, yet, but it will improve). Color can be subtracted by local dimming which already works surprisingly well in magic leap 2. Look at what our latest light field AR combiner looks like here: ruclips.net/video/15e-I2MNZb4/видео.html , it is a totally clear classic lens, with prescription correction if needed. Imagine the local dimming, a small thing, on top of it.
Note that the main difficulty in see-through AR is latency, it will be always harder to make it perfect in see through situation.
