Lol, they switched sides with the hopper so you can’t retro fit the older grills. Got my pro 34 couple months ago, traeger pellets suck, nasty aftertaste. Still on the hunt for a good tasting pellet that’s a) affordable and b) easy access. Should of went with a offset.
I've had a Lil Tex Elite and now a Pro 34. I installed a Savannah Stoker PID controller on both. No WIFI but very customizable and has auto relight and also cold smoke mode. Also has a 3 phase cook program. Works great for me!
@@billswears6733 Savannah Stoker is a game changer as far as I'm concerned. I am happy with it. I also have a Weber Genesis when I want to cook hot and fast
It is. But I love mine. I got a 780. Upgraded from a bronson 20. I cook sometimes though for around 20 people and I have 3 different grills. The traeger, a weber kettle and a weber gas grill. The traeger is the one I go to when I want the best results.
Got the Wi fi Fridge, garage door opener, washer Dryer. Never use them. Only Nest for Ac is used.
Maybe start by stating which is which, because I have no idea
Its explained at the beginning?
I need to find an easy solution for the external grease bucket. My dog can't stay away from it. Big mess!
i want to be that dog!
Lol. My dog too.

Did you fix the motor because my $800 smoker has placid gears in it that strip out. Forbwhatevef reason why you don’t use metal I have no idea
I was told by the rep the pro goes to 500 degrees?
What temp does it smoke at? Will iot smoke at higher temps?
Can you run the new pro without running it on the app and your phone or is it stuck in smart mode??
Yes, you can definitely run the grill without using the app. 👍
Got a buy back rebate?

I’ve been using the pellets from sams club. 40# bags for 15 bucks. They’ve been working great for everything I’ve been cooking.
Bear mountain pellets
Fifty percent of the price you pay for this grill goes to that stamped “Traeger” emblem on the lid.
Oh well, still a good grill. Better than that big green egg monstrosity anyway.
Damm Tom Cruise has a side hustle
🤣
WI-FIRE is the best part about this. He did fantastic with this video.
Wi-Fire. 😂🤣
Does the pro 22 have WiFire?
@@kylebaggett3783 No.
Kind of bullshit you're not offering an updated controller for us loyal guys who own a pro22. I think I'm going rectek when it's time to upgrade.

@@davidkohler6288 does the third party controller give you the full range of temperatures like my old 24 inch traeger does not get?

I went to Ace hardware to check this boy out.
It's so freaking expensive!
That's a lot of $$$ for a grill

Anything that says Yeager is expensive. Have you looked at the GMG Daniel Boone Prime?
Not really, how much did you pay for your oven indoors?
@@christopherlesage5995 I also have a Traeger, Bull BBQ and a Blackstone griddle. The griddle is something you should try.
