I love this song and the album it is from (Honor and Glory). The comments on this seem to be about his current lifestyle. I, too, lament Ray's decisions to turn his back on what the Bible says (breaking his own convictions and marriage vow in the process). But that doesn't discount this beautiful song (and all his others) that came before his change. I love his old stuff (like this). This music encouraged me through my older high school and college years. I still find it encouraging. Saying so doesn't mean I agree with where he's at now. He needs our prayers. I believe he truly is our brother in Christ, and needs to turn back to the Bible.
Yes you are right and I agree with you and at the same time I praise God for this the anointing is not on a man but it is on what God chooses to do with that man and because of that the anointing is still on these songs isn't it
Jesus has never lost one of his sheep. NOT ONE. Anyone who thinks they're going to heaven based on their WORKS, is dead wrong. Eternal life is ours because of HIS SACRIFICE on that cross, not who we marry or love. So.........GET OVER IT! It will be my honor to listen to Ray sing to Jesus in heaven one day, and the angels will be his choir. And Jesus will say to him, "Well done my good and faithful servant". Now, how many lives have YOU brought to Christ?
