The greatest thing anyone ever said to me was,"Thank you for telling me about Jesus." That was my son when he was 19. He will be 41 this year, and is still walking with the Lord. Thank you Jesus.

Nick and Nicole have a 4 year old. I pray every day for them. I can't bare the thought of them not going in the Rapture Tommy will, but could u pray for them. My mother passed away April 1st, 1995. I was in Kindergarten. I don't have many memories of her but this was the first song I ever completely learned to sing and it was bc she sang it all the time. It also played at her funeral. So this song means a lot to me.

I just found a shirt at the thrift store of the album this was from and I don't know that I could ever sell it because of the memories behind the song. My father would play this very often and it holds a special place in my heart as well
My mom died May 17, 2022. I am an ordained Southern Baptist preacher. Raised in the Assembly of God Pentecostal Church. So many of the lessons I learned from my precious mother, I didn't completely grasp them until after she passed away a couple years ago. When I heard this song I cried the whole way through it because I realize just how much my mother had gave to the Lord on my behalf. Thank you for your comment
Once in my life the Devil dragged my down and was devoured with the things of the world. I had no excuse I know what I was doing was morally wrong and against Gods Commandements and his Holy word. I committed a crime and di about 1 year in prison. God never stopped loving me , I had to repent and turn my life to Jesus, t was a tough road but God Kept me His power and healing embraced me and I found a New Life in Jesus. One night, many years ago, I watched my husband being deeply touched and openly weep as he listened to this song. My husband has since also wondered off the path God had laid out for him and I’ve no idea where he is. But this one thing I do know, the goodness of God draws men to repentance.(Romans 2;4)

I am so touched by the songs of Mr Ray Bolt, i heard my self his admission that he's gay, yet I do believe those songs are from God, only that he has a personal struggle to fight with and to be won by God's help. I prayed before the separation of soul and body he may totally surrender to God and be set free. Thank yoh Lord for his deliverance.

That beautiful Christian song I shared with my dad in 2000 he was dying from cancer and I got on my knees and asked God to use me to help dad ask Jesus Christ into his heart I was steadfast and would not give up until he did and he was crying asking Jesus christ into his heart. Been singing this since 2007, during mission conferences and youth camps. Our Pastor died last August 2021, he survived covid but left his lungs damaged. Forever thankful to God for bringing our family in the Lord, (from my grandparents). For sharing to us the Gospel and for giving his life, together with his family, in God's ministry. Same...i grew up in the church...my dad was an ordained minister...as i grew older my heart turned cold...i got into selling drugs...using drugs heavily and drinking. I was on a bender one christmas eve....i never slept. The next day ..Christmas day my dad passed away....i never got to say goodbye..it haunted me...well July 21st 2019 i changed my life..became sober....and became an advocate for people struggling with substance abuse and alcaholism... i live a very righteous life...and god has kept me...almost 3 years sober...i never got to show my dad my lifestyle changes and it hurts my heart...but i play this song and think of him....when i was little, we would listen to it... i thank the lord iam here today....
I just read some comments about Ray "coming out", and people praying for him to come back to the Lord. Did he denounce God? I believe that we all are sinners in need of the Lord, and if someone "comes out", that certainly doesn't mean they somehow lost their salvation. Amen! I've been out nearly 22 years and I've never felt closer to my Father. Praying for each other is never a bad thing, however, if you're asking for some kind of personality change for someone else I feel that is judgement. Remember, it is supposed to be our Father God who cleanses us. Praying specifically for something like that seem to me that you're telling God he is not doing his job correctly. That is my own opinion, as a person who has been through it. I'm not the judge, the jury, or anyone of that authority. God gives me the authorization to be of help to others, to pray for them, and counsel them. He uses my body, mind, and heart to get through to people. That's the most important thing to me. If he didn't love me, as a lesbian, why would he use me? Also, after all these years, "Thank You" still touches sooo many people. Do you think God didn't know how Ray felt, and what his future was? I believe he knows all of us better than we know ourselves. He knew...yet still used him to touch so many, and his songs still are touching so many lives. My Father back in the 2000s would play this song almost everyday. It was a CD my Mother brought home. We would listen to this particular track again and again.
I was just a little girl back then unaware of Ways The Lord had used this song to speak to our family.
My Father and Brother are now in Heaven and I believe they’re singing again.

My mom taught Sunday school when I was young and gave at church. She had dementia and we knew she was going to be with the Lord soon. I played this song for her to say thank you and her eyes filled with tears. I am glad I shared it with her while she could still understand.

I love this song ao much. Just can picture my grandma worshipping and singing this song in her living room. Her telling me how much God loves to be praised and worshipped. I miss her so much and i just truly wish she could know how much i try to show and teach my son everything she taught me about god. I know that would be she would be so proud to have me continue the word bexause it was important for her to get her whole family in heaven and not left behind in the rapture. I've been getting back into ray boltz here lately(sometimes you just wanna hear something a little softer). I grew up on this man's songs. You couldn't go to a church camp, revival, conference, turn on the radio, or sometimes even just go to church without somebody singing one of his many Christian anthems. Tobsay he was iconic would be an understatement. That is why I will always be disgusted by how he was treated by his fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. When he came out as a homosexual (and therefore decided to be honest with himself, god, his family, and his fans) the entire community turned their backs on him. As if all his amazing songs just didn't matter anymore. As if he didn't need the support of those around him. It still angers me to this day

Pray for Ray Boltz. Don't hate him. Don't be mean about him. Don't belittle him. But don't affirm his lifestyle either. Pray for him. Pray that he will come back to the God of the Bible, and not to this modern interpretation of what God should be. God IS, who he SAYS he IS. And his commands. Are not suggestions. When he calls something an abomination. He is telling you what to do and how to honor him. Ray I love you as a brother in Christ. I know you know what's right. Please don't forget that, while you are right that God loves gay people, God is also a jealous God, and God has an awesome wrath that we can't comprehend, and HE will NOT be mocked. We are born with ALL KINDS OF DESIRES, that God asks us to deny, and follow him. Humans are biologically predisposed to want to have sex with multiple people. God says we must marry one woman or man and become one flesh and stay with that one person. We are born with the desire to hurt those that make use angry or that do us wrong. We are born with desires to take what we want, just to make ourselves happy. Since the fall of man, we have ALL been born, with so called natural human desires. And God almighty and his Word have called us to DENY ourselves. Paul said he DIED DAILY. This modern culture has convinced you that being born gay is somehow special and grants you special privileges from God. Gay feelings are one of MANY so called natural human desires than God commands us to turn away from. Now, none of us are perfect. I still have many things I am working on in my own life. But the fact is. I am working on them. Because I know they do not please God. Even the desires I was born with. I try to submit to God and do what pleases him. You are saying we all have sin, but that because you were born with gay desires, you shouldn't have to deny yourself like the rest of us do, in order to honor God. In doing so you are guaranteeing yourself to never be pleasing God and you are actually mocking him. So if you truly feel like you were born with gay feelings, it simply does not matter if you wish to love and serve the God of the Bible. Repent. Refuse to act out on your natural gay feelings just like I refuse to act out on my natural desires to sleep with my neighbors wife. We are ALL called to DENY the desires of the flesh and to follow CHRIST. Forget about the church and how they act towards you. They are human, and will always fail you. In any group of humans you will find people who are unkind and mean spirited in their application of faith and the Bible. But that has ZERO to do with what YOUR God has DIRECTLY DEMANDED from YOU! Ray Boltz. Nobody else. YOU. You MUST not act on your homosexual desires in order to please God. You MUST not tell other Christians that they should support your lifestyle. YOU MUST not try to impugn the Word or Almighty God as out of date or not relevant to modern society. Almighty God says homosexuality is a sin. So it is. Full stop. Now you can say whatever you want about church people. And find plenty of examples of church people being hypocrites or being un-Christlike in how they treat you. But NONE of that will save you from the wrath of God when your judgment comes. God won't care that Christians were mean to you. You will be held to ACCOUNT for the fact you tried to make your lifestyle ok in the eyes of God. You will answer for the Christians you led astray. You will answer for every gay person you met that felt more comfortable living an openly gay lifestyle as a Christian because of your influence. YOU. WILL. BE. HELD. ACCOUNTABLE.
Pray. REPENT. Deny your natural desires. Follow Christ instead. Warn your gay friends. If not. Your soul, and the sin of leading others stray will be on YOUR hands. And when the day of judgment happens. Nothing will be able to save you from his wrath. None of these gay activists will be able to speak for you. No people you sang at a gay parade with will be able to make a case for you.
You eventually will be turned over to a reprobate mind and be DAMNED to eternal separation from God. You will hear "depart from me. I never knew you, ye that work iniquity".
I pray right now that the truth of the Bible would pierce your spirit to its core. I pray that your knowledge of the Word won't let you have a single good nights sleep until you have acknowledged your sin and pledged to change your life and again make Jesus the LORD of your life. As all people know, God loves each and every one of us has been given gifts and talents, Ray received a very special one the gift of music.
We definitely need to pray for this man. His songs have touched me many times and he blessed with a talent that he used for the lord. It's a shame that he fell into temptation. However, if he was ever saved, he is still, for he is held in the palm of the hand of Jesus and His hand in the hand of the Father, and no man can pluck him out. Let's pray he sees his sin before God takes his life and talent to heaven early.
Being gay is not "falling into temptation", your sexual orientation is yours from birth. Ray is STILL using his talent for the Lord.
