First time I’ve seen this George, just remembered the 224 club and hard hill snooker club. Suppose you could have had the Model in Mansfield Street (Kirkton Halls premises) even Boghall Social Club
Hi just to say it’s sad to see so many pubs and clubs close in Bathgate. There are 3 that I remember the miners club. the masons arms. and the star bar great places for a drink 🥃

Stayed in dechmont 6 months in the early eighties, can only remember a very modern nightclub called Minsky's on the left corner of whitburn road, a few doors along from a video shop. And a nightclub called Queens up a hill. That's it for me.
Aye good, but I know you've left out 3 as far as I know, the hopetoun (or blairs) it was across from the old library, the one down at the lights, I think it was called the royal its now a cafe, and one up the precinct I can't remember it's name and I think there is possibility one more

Cheers Danny, i only mentioned ones i drank in from 1980 onwards, im sur there were many before that ,but not ones i was in.
Same with Armadale and Whitburn George.

No 3 you're at the wrong location if its the Menzies club. That was where Mcdonalds is now, not Starbucks

The cromlech was the first pub i drank in, at 15 lol. Its now the Royal Bar.
