+los dinos It's an endurance workout not a speed workout; I doubt highly that you can do this workout; these are Division 1 women, if you can do 8x 1K faster than this pace with a 200 jog recovery and 200 cut down sprints, you must be a top runner.
Maybe you are right and i couldn´t do this. Of course i am not a top runner, but after all my pb on 10 k is 34:46 and i am confident i could run it now very close to 34:00, or even a little bit faster. I saw that the pb from Destiny Collins over 5 k is 16:51, i could run that for sure. But i am a man and so it is hard to compare.
If you're a man, why are you comparing yourself to women? Women and men have different capabilities when it comes to running... and mind you that this is a workout, not an actual race...
