From 7 minutes on, the screen mirroring being shared is so small and uses only a portion of this videos display. I find it impossible to follow the tiny fonts and diagram explaining each individual day.
I work 48 hours a month and my commutes are only an hour a day so I have the luxury to train pro hours and yea, my ride may start at nine. however, I find that I constantly need to recover more. I've fuelled for the work required. I consumed like 1.8g of carbs per kg of bodyweight (sometimes more). but for some reason, I'd always ended up either A) falling sick B) injured C) failing workout session(s) Just because I can train pro hours, doesn't mean I should and it's frustrating. I would love to be able to ride 400km a week. but now, I'm somewhat stuck at only 6-8 hours a week and that's like 150km - 200km tops.
Hi @adicatalan, it didn't come out as clear as I'd hoped but you can get this plan and 52 others if you sign up for TEAM SEMIPRO here: www.semiprocycling.com/teamsemipro
hello, I am relatively new to cycling (previously a passionate commuter) and find your channel to be quite useful in regards to both mental and physical training. I do believe I have good genetics for cycling and would be interested in having a coach, do you train athletes individual s? If so how could I contact you?
Hi @evo5138, I do personally coach. You can book a call to talk about your cycling here: www.semiprocycling.com/coach-call or use the chat in the bottom right hand corner on the site to send a message. Thanks.
biking minimum 2 hour a day is not hard at all. replace all vehicle with bike it will naturally does. the best time for biking is when go back home. but surly our time for hangout will be cut off in significant. but every hour we exercise our life time will increase. probably we will be the last guy stand alive in friend circle.

How do I get a hold of this plan. The shared TP screen is illegible unfortunately.

more than last time
$32 every four weeks is less than $16,58 per week though 😅
Oops! Every 4 weeks.
