There's a lot of confusion and ambiguity about the panel type, brightness level, picture quality, and gaming capabilities of this Hisense TV Model. I have cleared up all the confusion in this video. Like to see u6k or u7k from hisense, why north American model is different from Asian model with the same name,North American model use Google as operating system but old Vidaa os from the rest of the world! What about the backlight quality? I had OnePlus Q1 which I got replaced under warranty 2 times, but still after some period. ,the backlight was having issues in some region, (Dirty Screen Issue ) . Now I switched to the LG OLED.
Budget brands that provide lots of features in budget mostly use cheaper lower quality backlight and it's assured to fail after some years.
Hisense always sets a benchmark in TVs for every company.
If there were no companies like Hisense, then probably even today in 2023, big name companies would have been giving us very low profile TVs.
I bought the 65” model on 15th july. Amazon denied the fire tv offer completely. I’m extremely disappointed with this tv. Brightness is very poor. Increasing brightness above 40% shows the grey effect in picture quality. Motion blur is pathetic. Spending more time on changing picture settings than watching content. I only watch OTT contents. Using it in good light condition for a IPS panel. May be 65” is not as good as 55”.

I am very happy with the service. I bought 55u7h in march 2023 which had two years warranty and the display on my tv went kaput in July 2024. Hisense sent me the latest version 55q7n with no questions asked.

true I felt that. I had u7h tv, but after 3 months of purchase tv had some issue, hisense customer care was ready for the replacement and they sent 55e7k pro. My first impression with 55e7k pro is very bad. There is huge difference in terms of contrast, I don't see pure black and pure white. I didn't like the picture contrast. 😭😭
Same here. U7H failed in 5 months. And replacement E7k pro panel is dull and have HDMI distortion issue.
Today they offered me E7 pro instead of my U7H

Dear sir, please do not promote Hisense brand, I purchased E7K model after watching your video, but it did not meet expectations. I noticed the panel was damaged, visited technician from Hisense said it is panel pasting problem, but customer support service is saying there is no problem with the TV. Now I feel cheated.
Please bring TRUVIEW of some LED strip(for placing behind tv) that changes color according to content that is being displayed on TV. It gives really beautiful ambiance.

Heisance service is really really bad. I purchased heisance tv 4 months ago. After one month I realised wifi is not working Then I raised a complent. After 3 days technician visited my home but he was not able to solve my issue even after replacing motherboard. Now it's been 3 months no reply from heisance. Very bad experience with heisance. Who ever reading my comment please don't go with cheap brands.
Better pay extra and go with LG,Samsung and Sony....

Bhaiyo, pls don't listen to any youtubers. Tv is very pathetic and more pathetic is customer support from hisense.
I bought it in august and after a few days i found an issue in screen.
When i complained to hisense they arrange a technician visit, but nobody came in 1 week and i received a mail that issue has been resolved.
This happens 2 times and no resolution provided by them. I am still struggling to take warranty claim.

Please note importantly that if you opt for a free firestick you will not get a 4 year warranty. Further the conditions of warranty given by Amazon are tricky, from Hisense you will get 2 years warranty card only. What follows next is tricky, that warranty is by whom nobody knows, by preserving the invoice you will get warranty so it's just an assurance which may be disowned who knows, I have asked this question Amazon has not replied. Further what are the terms of service is it onsite? Where are the list of Hisense service centres. Will Hisense just walk away after selling their TVs at a discounted price.

No, the wall mount separates it from the wall with enough distance 4-5 inches approx which does not affect the sound quality

I think in the comparison done between them VU masterpiece is better in almost all aspects, but while comparing VU with similar tvs the comparison is done against sony x80, in sale we can get 65inch VU for 75k and sony is usually for 90k
@@vivekshaw6303 toshiba is recommended by VM1, but not really by most others. I like VM1, but it is something that is noticed, and as an end consumer, i think i should check other reviewers as well

No it has direct LED full array
native refresh rate of 60Hz is not same as 120Hz interpolation , today no one uses interlaced format, so yeah these jargons are just purely number game. It is fine for only interlaced formats, any gaming (apart from trailers and story mode) like fps , arcade or competitive in any nature related to multiplayer reaction is just not possible. Took a while to dig these info so writing here as reminder to myself. whenever i come back at this video when needed. or may be help someone else. I think you(content creator) need to include this information as well to clarify how native 60Hz become 120HZ in marketing terms. and if any content today is availabel in interlaced format at all. this would increase some faith to the already a very good analysis. its not about missing some details but more about giving whatever detials you are in accurate format. thanks for this one good luck for future ones.

@@kumararup188 So I will tell you if you need TV to watch TV channels and Live Sports only, then I would recommend buying budget TV from Sony. I have old Samsung Plasma TV from 2014, I enjoy live sports on my Plasma TV more than Hisense U6G as motion settings on Plasma are unbeaten and only OLED comes close to it.
But if someone is low on Budget and wants Movie experience to be great like me and wants best from 4K HDR content then Hisense Tv performs excellent. Because similar 4k HDR experience if you want from Sony, Samsung then you need to invest at least 80 Thousands. Personally I like watching Netflix and Prime Video on this TV. Blacks are sharp and picture is crisp

It has Va panel so what about viewing angles, please include the viewing angles under your videos so that we can compare at what viewing angles the picture quality is good. Because if we place the TV in living room sometimes we watch from different angles when watching with family.

I bought Hisense Tornado as per your recommendation. TV is good but now my tv screen is having multiple colours line issues. I contacted customer service email and followed escalation metrics but not even a proper official revert from company. I never had any such bad after sales service experience. Please don't buy Hisense go with reputed brands like samsung or other brand having proper physical service centres in India.
