This song is the story of my life, and brings me to tears when I listen to it now. I can’t recall how many times I've listened to this in my childhood, burying my love and pain - almost as a mantra. Now, some 15 years later, my emotions are catching up to me.
I plan to dedicate a cover of “Surrender” to my first love.

What’s the device behind (which looks like a toaster and has all lights and stuff) .not making fun, I genuinely want to know
The device is a "Kemper Profiling Amplifier". Basically it's kind of an amp simulator. But it captures the tone of a real amp (so it's not really a sim) by creating "profiles". Besides that you have all kinds of effects and stuff.

@@mariepereira1154 Well, you have to hook it up to some kind of aktive speaker or use headphones to actually hear the guitar. Besides that you're good to go and don't need an additional amp. There is also a powered version of the Kemper which additionally can be connected to a passive cabinet. I run my Kemper through an audio interface and a pair of active monitors. By that I can record my guitar very easily with my DAW without having to mic up a cabinet.

How did you learn the bridge part I've asked someone on another channel, but they arent as responsive as you. They're also very cheap lmao.
ITS-DAT_BOI-ANTOINE I figured out the part by listening, watching live performances and comparing it to tabs. Started slow with a metronome and then built up speed. Eventually you‘ll get there:D
