Good catch. Also Anton didn’t actually think he was a vampire, he just let the rumor spread to keep people from trying to loot the estate. He’d tie trespassers up, scare them, and let them “escape” to warn others and keep people away :)
omg so many of the clips you chose are the most heart-wrenching parts that nearly made me cry all over again. thank you for this lovely and fun video and helping keep the layton fandom alive!! also for covering things that I had trouble actually accessing like the end of the katrielle finding layton arc~ Also (edit) I just got to end of vid and I'm also 21 and also listen to the soundtrack to study ahaha gosh i love this game series and I'm glad there are others around who still feel same!!
This channel is my safe space for Professor Layton content, please consider expanding to other series if you need to stand by from Layton at some point!
im so glad you found my little corner of the internet!!! i definitely will be branching out more but i have a few more layton ideas that ill be working on here and there
Ok WOWWWW!!! I just finished Last Specter & Eternal Diva last week after having played/replayed the original trilogy (Curious Village, Diabolical Box, Unwound Future) throughout my childhood when I found this video and idk it just makes me so happy that there are still active Layton fans out there. I really wanna play the rest of the games but I don’t have a 3DS :,(
I just clicked on this, but this is amazing. I've never seen people make rant videos for things like Layton! It feels so amazing to see such a recent video--I was expecting this video to be super old when I clicked it! It just makes me so happy.
Discovering this channel is already the best thing that has happened to me in 2022. I'm so happy to see someone share the same passion and appreciation for these games as I do. You have a great personality and editing style, which makes the videos so much more enjoyable and fun to watch 😊💜
I know damn well I already know a lot of what you're about to say (huge nerd, heavily invested in this franchise) but am I still gonna listen to 2 hours of Layton content? Absolutely 😎😎
Thank you so much for making this! It’s been a while since I’ve played the games so it’s nice to have a complete timeline. These games are criminally underrated and everyone should play them. Such great stories tied to some of the best video game music I’ve ever heard.
Dude!! I just finished Miracle Mask again (found it while cleaning out my childhood bedroom) and this was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you so much for making this, so so in-depth and just the right amount of obsession hahaha these games were so good
I still really wish another Layton game would be made, I miss all the epic cutscenes with the characters. I feel like they could completely change the gameplay and make it blow up again. I remember my favourite cutscene was where Clive and Layton make the... casino token launcher, was it? lmao so long ago
This is an excellent delve into the world of Layton and I can't wait for more. These games had such an impact on me growing up and for me the stories were always the key components to the games. I cared for the characters and felt a sense of loss knowing we may not get more. A fantastic journey down memory lane and brilliantly told by you - thank you!
I had such a blast watching this video. I've been a fan of the Layton games ever since I was a little girl :) It's really nice to see that there's other people out there who appreciate these games as much as I do!! I'm so sad that they probably won't make any new Layton games :/
this makes me so happy. i played these when i had the ds but never had a 3ds so reliving what i played back then and also getting to know the end of the second triology is so satisfying. really appreciate the effort to record a 2h video
I’m glad that there’s still people who love the PL games so much that they make a whole rant about the timeline haha. Thank you for taking the time to record and edit such a long video! ❤️ Quick thing I wanted to point out since it seemed like people missed this, but the reason why it seemed like the game just took random parts of the anime and left everything on a weird note was _because_ it was the first to come out! Mystery Journey came out in 2017, and the Layton Files anime came out in 2018, which both adapted the game and acted as its sequel. Minor thing, but a thing nonetheless. :)
Thank you for making this! As a new fan of the series I was having a hard time finding a video with the whole story of the games. I don't know if I'll be able to find the older games but I might play the future ones so it's nice to know the rest of the story. Thank you again! :D
Should I have replayed all the games before watching this to prevent myself from seeing spoilers? yes. Did I watch anyway? yes. Good game tho and good video
I really loved the vid, bit i needed to stop at the middle becuase i want to play miracle mask and legacy of azran again with my bad memory, and also i need to se the katrielle anime! But if i finished that, i will defenitely finish ur video cuz ur just too charismatic! 💕
PLvPW AA takes place around 2020 in the AA timeline. I dunno how exactly that would fit into the Layton timeline but somehow it works since the game is entirely canon for Layton.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, and also, finally someone that acknowledges Layton as a parent for Flora, I don’t know why but on the internet people don’t seem to see him as her adoptive father or something like that
@@gabriele2441 Depends, I always assumed Flora was 16-17 at the time on Curious Village so by Lost Future she would be an adult, but even so, ick. No, theyre not romantically involved. This can be our own canon 😂

i am so happy to come across this video and more importantly about this topic, this is so cool i adore the layton series! thanks for existing you’re awesome
I must have replayed the first game like 6 times now and I've only replayed the 2nd game once while I haven't replayed the others yet. I always wanted to revist the story through the games to experience the soundtracks, art and User Interface alongside it. I can't pass up a complete story and timeline video though. Layton content is rare
Hey I am a fan of this franchise since so many years and i love the games very much. It is so cool to see a person like you who also love them and makes such amazing Videos about them. I watch all of them the whole day because i am sick. And they made my day please continue with this kind of videos they are amazing and you have such a nice vibe😌🎉🙏🏼
I started playing the games when I was like a child and I grew up with these and I was super sad when the series ended. I replayed the 2,3,4 and 5th games so many times and they never lose the feeling of suspens, feels and everything.
I'm going to assume that when small Luke meets Folsense Marina, who doesn't exist, it's because he's seen the real Marina around before..? the brain doesn't make up faces that easily but it would make sense that she lived in London and they'd crossed paths without realising it, so her face was familiar enough for him to hallucinate it! I absolutely love the idea of adult Luke seeing some old pictures of her after a few months of dating and being very confused ahajaha Speaking of adult Luke jesus, the man is on his way to let the trauma pile up like his mentor did, throughout his childhood he was convinced he was about to die on at least 5 different occasions if not more (and two of these times the professor not only didn't do anything to comfort him but seemed to have no issue with the idea of putting this CHILD at risk--) he lived for months convinced that his mother was in danger (turns out she was locked up in the basement all this time actually, hooray!!) and thinking his own father didn't believe him, he was forced to watch someone he looked up to die, (twice if you count Claire even though he didn't know her thAt well,) constantly found himself in collapsing buildings, did all of that with the specialist of repressed trauma Hershel Layton for a father figure and according to the wiki he was FIFTEEN when he had to help with the birth of a baby while on a sinking ship and let a woman die which was against everything that the professor had taught him- after that his life was calm for a while , he got married, and then decided to trust his old friend for one last adventure..and woke up to find that he'd been missing for a whole decade and that his wife had wasted her life working for a horrible organisation while trying to save him, and that the girl whose mother he'd promised he'd look after was now nearly his own age - Someone get all of these characters to therapy please dear lORD this is heavy

my 5 year old brain when i played these games with about 2 picarats at the end of the games:"puzzel go brrrr" 14 year old me:"i need ice cream and another game ;-;"
No puzzles have five picarats initially. The lowest you ever get is 10, and 15 in the last two games by release order (even though they're not actually harder). Maybe some go from 10 picarats to 5 to 2? I haven't played the games in a while. I'm able to confirm that right now but it could be the case that they fall in amount like that. In actuality though, it is still impossible to have two picarats in total at the end of the games. Can you ever have only two picarats in total, only? Curious Village: (at least the EU version) First puzzle drops to 6 picarats, so NO. PB: Drops to 8 picarats, so NO. LF: Drops to 8 picarats, so NO. SC: Drops to 8 picarats, So NO. Only CV drops to 6, the other three games where the first puzzle is 10 picarats drop one at a time for the first puzzle. So it's impossible to have two picarats at the end of the game and impossible to have two in total. Maybe you can earn two in total from some but I'm not sure about that.
i haven't finished the video but i love u for such a long video about it and seeing someone appreciating professor layton as much as i do! it just owns my heart
I love this video so much! Thank you for discussing everything in one place. I just refuse to acknowledge Alfendi and Katrielle's 'canon' existence or Emmy's betrayal (or maybe I've read too much fanfic, heheh) :) The one really cool easter egg about Mystery Room that you didn't mention is the Commissioner is actually a certain bobby named Barton!
I haven't finished watching the video, but its lovely to see people talk about this series. It's really reminding me how much I loved it and how I need to replay it. Also! About Alfendi, I always assumed he was adopted as well, as I don't believe it is stated he is his biological son. Clive probably orphaned many children during his rampage, and if Al was one of them it would explain why he was absent for the rest of the series.
I'm going to do a tattoo with Loosha in it by the end of the week (because Professor Layton and the Last Spectre was the first game to ever made me cry) so im on a professor Layton binge. Thank you for that video! (damn with must I cry with every end scene ? T^T )
this video was great! thanks for making it. prof layton was a huge part of my childhood and pandora’s box (diabolical box, i’m from the uk) is my favourite game ever. again awesome video :)
It's so funny to me how both Phoenix Wright and Hershel found themselves ,,, sort of forced to adopt a kid involved in their shenanigans instead of, idk going to therapy, but ultimately did a pretty good job? (if you forget about that bad habit of theirs of abandoning their kids without giving them any explanation)
Unwound future just make me cry everytime I play it T T It's a personal preference but I would rate them from best to "meh" : 1 - Unwound future (BECAUSE Layton and Claire and Clive and so much drama, plus it's the only time we see Layton actually cry) 2 - Miracle Mask (loved that story with Randall and all the azran places introduced) 3 - PL vs AA (the scenery, the story, I loved everything, and this was the crossover which made me discover Ace Attorney games) 4 - Azran Legacy (THAT Descole revelation, OMG) 5 - Curious Village (nostalgic vibes) 6 - Last Specter (didn't really engage with the story, except for the end which was very emotional) 7 - Diabolical box (didn't find the story engaging, except for the one minigame I love and still is my favourite throughout the whole franchise : the tea minigame
@@ThingsNoOneCaresAbout Yeah, I don't know, the story just didn't do it for me, but it's purely subjective (though I agree the love story and ended were really beautiful, but again, Unwound future just hits me so powerfully in terms of emotion) ^^
Layton brothers was weird but I LOVED the game, I loved Alfendi and how badass Lucy is. Alfendi is not a great representation of DID because his character is based in De Jekyll and Mr Hyde, just as Hershel took inspo in Sherlock Holmes. Please, if y’all can try the game! And for my Spanish fellow fans, a Spanish translation team translated it!
Really wonderful video! I cant remember ever watching such a long video and being engaged the whole time. I played 4 of the original games, watched the movie and half of the anime (skipped Last Spectre, could never get my hands on Azran Legacy, and got bored halfway through the anime) so it was really really nice to have everything I missed summarized here in a compelling way. Alfendi is definitely a weird addition, but we could consider that he was adopted as a young child (I think, technically 4 years old) shortly after the events of Unwound Future, thus explaining why he's not mentioned in the DS trilogy.
Glad that all the youtubers nowaday keep doing contents about our beloved Professor. Too bad that we won't get any new game title in the (near) future.

And in Alfendi's case, I think he is adopted as well.
thank you for the info! i just knew i was forgetting some stuff!
@@ThingsNoOneCaresAbout You welcome ! Haha no problem it happens to everyone
Good catch. Also Anton didn’t actually think he was a vampire, he just let the rumor spread to keep people from trying to loot the estate. He’d tie trespassers up, scare them, and let them “escape” to warn others and keep people away :)
omg so many of the clips you chose are the most heart-wrenching parts that nearly made me cry all over again. thank you for this lovely and fun video and helping keep the layton fandom alive!! also for covering things that I had trouble actually accessing like the end of the katrielle finding layton arc~ Also (edit) I just got to end of vid and I'm also 21 and also listen to the soundtrack to study ahaha gosh i love this game series and I'm glad there are others around who still feel same!!
im so glad you liked the video!!! i love that im finding other layton fans
The clips you chose are making me teary-eyed
right?!! the cut scenes are so sad
This channel is my safe space for Professor Layton content, please consider expanding to other series if you need to stand by from Layton at some point!
im so glad you found my little corner of the internet!!! i definitely will be branching out more but i have a few more layton ideas that ill be working on here and there
The ending of the 2nd and 3rd game really got me. I cried so damn hard.
This helped me relive my childhood. Thank you for putting together all the lore and explaining the timeline
Who's (re)watching every Layton related video after the Nintendo Direct? 🙋🏻♀️
I really wanna play the rest of the games but I don’t have a 3DS :,(
aww im glad you liked it!!! i totally feel you i just recently bought a refurbished 3ds so that i could finish all of the games
i love these games so much. they have a lot of flaws but also a lot of heart, and thats why i cherish them so much
I just clicked on this, but this is amazing. I've never seen people make rant videos for things like Layton! It feels so amazing to see such a recent video--I was expecting this video to be super old when I clicked it! It just makes me so happy.
aw yay! im glad you liked it!!! :)
Discovering this channel is already the best thing that has happened to me in 2022. I'm so happy to see someone share the same passion and appreciation for these games as I do. You have a great personality and editing style, which makes the videos so much more enjoyable and fun to watch 😊💜
thank you!!! im so happy you found my little corner of the internet!!!
Such great stories tied to some of the best video game music I’ve ever heard.
im so glad you liked it!! :) i agree theyre so underrated
the way that this video is literally longer than the Eternal Diva film scratches my brain in the best way possible
Great video! Unwound Future's ending left me devastated and kinda fucked up for awhile. It's seriously one of my favorite fictional tragedy.
it really is so sad
Dude!! I just finished Miracle Mask again (found it while cleaning out my childhood bedroom) and this was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you so much for making this, so so in-depth and just the right amount of obsession hahaha these games were so good
im still bitter we didn’t get the luke centred game that lost future hinted to
I still really wish another Layton game would be made, I miss all the epic cutscenes with the characters. I feel like they could completely change the gameplay and make it blow up again.
I remember my favourite cutscene was where Clive and Layton make the... casino token launcher, was it? lmao so long ago
Well good news buddy
This is an excellent delve into the world of Layton and I can't wait for more. These games had such an impact on me growing up and for me the stories were always the key components to the games. I cared for the characters and felt a sense of loss knowing we may not get more. A fantastic journey down memory lane and brilliantly told by you - thank you!
Someone else as crazy as me ready to talk 2h about Layton: glad to meet you
So glad to see another person who wants to talk about Professor Layton for 2 hours :-)
Quick thing I wanted to point out since it seemed like people missed this, but the reason why it seemed like the game just took random parts of the anime and left everything on a weird note was _because_ it was the first to come out! Mystery Journey came out in 2017, and the Layton Files anime came out in 2018, which both adapted the game and acted as its sequel. Minor thing, but a thing nonetheless. :)
omg thank you for pointing that out! that's interesting
Thank you for making this! As a new fan of the series I was having a hard time finding a video with the whole story of the games. I don't know if I'll be able to find the older games but I might play the future ones so it's nice to know the rest of the story. Thank you again! :D
im so glad you liked it!!!!
im glad you liked it so far!!!
PLvPW AA takes place around 2020 in the AA timeline. I dunno how exactly that would fit into the Layton timeline but somehow it works since the game is entirely canon for Layton.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, and also, finally someone that acknowledges Layton as a parent for Flora, I don’t know why but on the internet people don’t seem to see him as her adoptive father or something like that
I see a lot of romantic shipping of them and I'm like NO HES BASICALLY HER DAD stop that
@@HannahCharlesworth98 IK THAT'S DISGUSTING. And even if he wasn't a father figure to her, there's still an age gap that is ILLEGAL
@@gabriele2441 Depends, I always assumed Flora was 16-17 at the time on Curious Village so by Lost Future she would be an adult, but even so, ick. No, theyre not romantically involved. This can be our own canon 😂
Holy Crap, What are the odds! After years of wanting one, but never searching for one. I finally google "Layton Story Explained/timeline" and your video pops up. And it's RECENT too. Thanks for this, it's a really detailed video. I like the clips spliced in too
haha im so glad yo found it and you liked it!!! honestly thats why i made it cause I got sick of never finding one when I looked!
Thank you for this video!! It was a nice moment with you, I love the Layton universe and I'm so happy when people are talking about it!!
Those games made me who i am, and i think about them a lot of time!
I'm sad that LEVEL5 shut down their international filiale... It make me think that we are not going to have Layton related new things 😔
I'm now going to watch others videos of you, I hope that you will talk about Layton again in the future!!
Im sad too! Let me know if there's any other Layton-related topics you want me to talk about!
i am so happy to come across this video and more importantly about this topic, this is so cool i adore the layton series! thanks for existing you’re awesome
thank you so much for this comment!!!!!
I could really tell that layton actually felt sad after hearing anton's story reminding him how he lost claire back then....
am i absolutely unable to sit through a 50 min zoom class? hell yes
am i absolutely capable to sit through this video without batting an eye? HELL YES
Oh. My. God.
I haven’t started the video yet but as a huge PL and AA fan, this is EXACTLY what I needed ❤️❤️
I recently discovered the Layton games on DS and got them for my sister too.
Thank you so much!! I hope my videos heal you 👩⚕️!!!
What a fab video - thank you!
I started playing the games when I was like a child and I grew up with these and I was super sad when the series ended.
I replayed the 2,3,4 and 5th games so many times and they never lose the feeling of suspens, feels and everything.
As a german i cant take the diabolical box seriously since the name Anton sound exacly like enton and thats how we call psyduck over here XD
oh my gosh thats so funny
I care and I will watch this entire thing
I love professor Layton games
@@___.______.______.______._____ glad you found this video then!!! i cannot ignore your name...been staring at it for 5 mins. A+
I'm going to assume that when small Luke meets Folsense Marina, who doesn't exist, it's because he's seen the real Marina around before..? the brain doesn't make up faces that easily but it would make sense that she lived in London and they'd crossed paths without realising it, so her face was familiar enough for him to hallucinate it!
I absolutely love the idea of adult Luke seeing some old pictures of her after a few months of dating and being very confused ahajaha
Speaking of adult Luke jesus, the man is on his way to let the trauma pile up like his mentor did, throughout his childhood he was convinced he was about to die on at least 5 different occasions if not more (and two of these times the professor not only didn't do anything to comfort him but seemed to have no issue with the idea of putting this CHILD at risk--) he lived for months convinced that his mother was in danger (turns out she was locked up in the basement all this time actually, hooray!!) and thinking his own father didn't believe him, he was forced to watch someone he looked up to die, (twice if you count Claire even though he didn't know her thAt well,) constantly found himself in collapsing buildings, did all of that with the specialist of repressed trauma Hershel Layton for a father figure
and according to the wiki he was FIFTEEN when he had to help with the birth of a baby while on a sinking ship and let a woman die which was against everything that the professor had taught him- after that his life was calm for a while , he got married, and then decided to trust his old friend for one last adventure..and woke up to find that he'd been missing for a whole decade and that his wife had wasted her life working for a horrible organisation while trying to save him, and that the girl whose mother he'd promised he'd look after was now nearly his own age -
Someone get all of these characters to therapy please dear lORD this is heavy
TRUEEEE like poor luke has SEEN a LOT
Mad respect you made a 2 hr video about this series! I just started playing the series with Azran Legacy, so far I'm loving it
thanks! the games are just so good
@@ThingsNoOneCaresAbout Hopefully they make more! Switch and PC seem the perfect platforms for the series to continue
@@Thrak94 I hope so! someone said that they were ported to the switch at one point but then got removed so i really have no idea but i really really hope so
Layton fans are the absolute best, amazing video!
thank you! im glad you liked it! :)
1:58:58 "Did he not notice her giving birth?"
Anton: Uh... about that...
Great vid! Needed a good recap cause I don't have any way of playing some of the DS titles and I'm just getting back into the series on the 3DS :)
my 5 year old brain when i played these games with about 2 picarats at the end of the games:"puzzel go brrrr"
14 year old me:"i need ice cream and another game ;-;"
I guess you're joking but obviously it's impossible to have two picarats. You can never have only two picarats in any of the games.
@@yannatoko9898 not correct. Some puzzles only have 5 picarats. If u don’t solve it at your first try, 2 are left.
@@yannatoko9898 Wow, you must be gun to talk to at parties.
I have that effect on some people metaphorically.
i haven't finished the video but i love u for such a long video about it and seeing someone appreciating professor layton as much as i do! it just owns my heart
I love this video so much! Thank you for discussing everything in one place. I just refuse to acknowledge Alfendi and Katrielle's 'canon' existence or Emmy's betrayal (or maybe I've read too much fanfic, heheh) :)
The one really cool easter egg about Mystery Room that you didn't mention is the Commissioner is actually a certain bobby named Barton!
that is such a good easter egg!!
The mystery room game was also on google play, i remember having it on my Tesco Hudl tablet (it was a long time ago)
I’ve only ever seen the cutscenes for a few of the professor Layton games, but omg Sophia reading that letter breaks my heart 💔
it kills me every time
1:15:00 also it’s implied that Leon killed Descole’s family
Leah, Don't give up! I really appreciate your channel!
dont worry ive got a few things in the works! glad you appreciate it!!
I haven't finished watching the video, but its lovely to see people talk about this series. It's really reminding me how much I loved it and how I need to replay it.
Also! About Alfendi, I always assumed he was adopted as well, as I don't believe it is stated he is his biological son. Clive probably orphaned many children during his rampage, and if Al was one of them it would explain why he was absent for the rest of the series.
ooh ill definitely have to look more into that connection
so true layton doesnt have any biological kids because he cant get hoes lol
I just finished replaying Curious village and, I mean, as much as it pains me I would take the money. Simply because now I have A CHILD TO FEED
EXACTLY
Came here because our boys are back.
🫡 we waited many hard years…
@@ThingsNoOneCaresAbout Ten years since Azran Legacy and six since Katrielle, this is so weird...
I'm going to do a tattoo with Loosha in it by the end of the week (because Professor Layton and the Last Spectre was the first game to ever made me cry) so im on a professor Layton binge. Thank you for that video!
(damn with must I cry with every end scene ? T^T )
Omg that’s such a good tattoo idea!!! I need a layton tattoo….
I love this video so fucking much. 2 HOURS OF MY SPECIAL INTEREST??? IM IN LOVE
🫡
this video was great! thanks for making it. prof layton was a huge part of my childhood and pandora’s box (diabolical box, i’m from the uk) is my favourite game ever. again awesome video :)
Love the video!! It's great to see so many people in the comments who still care about these great games in 2021/22!
So happy to see Layton content :)))
LMAOO wait that is so funny i didnt really think about how they both do that
Unwound future just make me cry everytime I play it T T
It's a personal preference but I would rate them from best to "meh" :
1 - Unwound future (BECAUSE Layton and Claire and Clive and so much drama, plus it's the only time we see Layton actually cry)
2 - Miracle Mask (loved that story with Randall and all the azran places introduced)
3 - PL vs AA (the scenery, the story, I loved everything, and this was the crossover which made me discover Ace Attorney games)
4 - Azran Legacy (THAT Descole revelation, OMG)
5 - Curious Village (nostalgic vibes)
6 - Last Specter (didn't really engage with the story, except for the end which was very emotional)
7 - Diabolical box (didn't find the story engaging, except for the one minigame I love and still is my favourite throughout the whole franchise : the tea minigame
oh my god ive never seen anyone put diabolical box last!!! thats so interesting like genuinely wow
@@ThingsNoOneCaresAbout Yeah, I don't know, the story just didn't do it for me, but it's purely subjective (though I agree the love story and ended were really beautiful, but again, Unwound future just hits me so powerfully in terms of emotion) ^^
I was enthralled the whole time
Layton brothers was weird but I LOVED the game, I loved Alfendi and how badass Lucy is.
Alfendi is not a great representation of DID because his character is based in De Jekyll and Mr Hyde, just as Hershel took inspo in Sherlock Holmes.
Please, if y’all can try the game! And for my Spanish fellow fans, a Spanish translation team translated it!
ooooh thats so interesting about the inspiration!
Ahh that makes sense about Alfendi. im glad you liked the video!
love this!!! i’m gunna make some time to sit down and properly watch all the way through. Layton is such an amazing franchise I’ve always loved it ♥️
You can't go! I don't want to say goodbye again I CAN'T I WON'T!
SO SAD
Glad that all the youtubers nowaday keep doing contents about our beloved Professor. Too bad that we won't get any new game title in the (near) future.
well good news (as well as sad news) we are getting another game for the series that’s looks to have the professor in the lime light once again, sadly it’s looks to be the last of the franchise
What's funny is that my first experience with Professor Layton was the diva movie 😭
i think thats the first time ive ever heard anyone say that!!!
Mine too!
Please do more I’m thriving with this fandom please anything I’ll be greatfull
I'm working on a follow-up about alfendi bc i definitely missed some info but lmk if there's any topics you specifically want to see!
@@ThingsNoOneCaresAbout like maybe more in depth on each game and certain characteristics and all that, I was going to like kind of review eternal diva but it all got deleted and I’ve yet to refilm it
its 2/18/22 10:40pm and im at 1:59:21 on your video with a starbucks coffee. i was that kid, who got curious village for my bday from my dad playing the DS game and looking the walkthoughs up online how to beat the puzzles, and the noises of "ding - dng -ding-!! thats correct" glued in my head. years ago i looked into the games and saw the eternal diva game, and i'm like i dont get this story, i dont get why its a anime, i just liked the artstyle and puzzle (sorry to the fans of the lore) but here i am trying to understand what IS professor layton game and where do i even start with getting back into this "game/lore" whatever and this video was sooo interesting, that i prob only skiped like 2 mins and i binged every second and watched you explain everything non stop. subscribed. also i talk with my hands real life, so i love how comforting it is when i see someone else do it idk its a thing i do also. ty!
im so glad you found this video and my little patch of the internet :,) this legit made me tear up a little
We really should have gotten at least one Luke Triton game
I believe luke spends summer break with layton thats why there is no classes for layton to be teaching
i appreciate this video so so much omg thank you for making this and sharing all your knowledge on the series!!!
Girl played all the Layton games and saw the Puzzle Start Animation IRL
1:26:06 omg!! It's the first time that I'm seing this! Maybe, the real folsense's girl didn't die in folsense and she have a kid at sometime. And in her hederity line, a child is named like her because they wanted to give honor to their ancestor and it's luke wife
this is a good theory!
