we were a FRACTION of a second from missing it too
Blade is one the most satisfying units in the game
I LOVE his follow up attack and sound
honestly blade is such an insane unit. he might not be imbibitor levels of damage but his versatility is wild, definitely gonna get him when he eventually reruns now that we got lynx.
great swarm 5 solo as always, leveling and swapping relics mid run is something ive never thought of before lol
Blade has honestly been the star of my characters so far and I have everyone else too - definitely go for him when he reruns!

Blade is honestly so good and not just " replacable" like the other dps chars, mainly just cause he is not just the dmg dealer, he honestly can be a flex slot for almost any team, cause his survivability is just so good, because alot or people might say he's just "bad and not as good as kafka, IL and jinglui" but those are genshin players that have never played a turn based game Before and don't understand what a "Tank" is, and why those types of units are good
yep, his my favourite unit in the game and wanted him from day one, yh hid not the highest damaging but he does enough, and with luocha he beats every content for me.
He never leave my party even once since i got him ❤
Blade is basically a tank that deals huge damage.
This is canon, Blade tries to die but just cannot and instead suffers

Abundance gets better as you progress through the path. The only issue with abundance is that my characters struggle to fight the initial boss fights as it doesn't provide any kind of buff initially. You need to get other blessings

yeah it takes a lot of time to ramp up and the beginning is definitely the hardest part! once you can get past the domain 2 boss it becomes a lot easier (and then of course the final boss is tricky)

what a great season this was to watch the last week and the grand finale of the solo king blade arc will always be a run to remember. Getting the final hidden gold hunt pathstrider and in turn completing everything in swarm disaster and finally locating the barrels behind the tent. I look forward to the next season the Landau's Redemption arc.

Congrats! I've tried this challenge a few times since Swarm Disaster released but my best failed at the second boss. I might have to go for it agin now that I see it's possible.

Very cool how blade solo is easy, ya just need to get abundance and fighting spirits, some elation helps a lot too
yep the key will be stacking abundance and getting those two big fighting spirit ones (stack up to 35, which then unlocks damage reduction per stack - absolutely MASSIVE)

No regrets getting E1S0 as f2p ,I also got every banner character after him...my luck is just something else in this game.I am pretty sure I didn't fail pity since I first pulled on Blade weapon.
I also like solo-ing with him,but there ain't no way I am not bringing IL to those barrels and trotters.

Give it a shot! It’s one of the most fun challenges - prepare to reset a lot while learning the strategy but at the end it was super worth

are there any tips you can give me? or should i just try until my path of trailstrider is more upgraded
i would just focus on leveling up pathstrider for now and you should be able to brute force it!

Alr so I got another question. So I keep seeing in videos, and the final swarm boss weaknesses changing. Like in one vid, it's physical, and the other is wind. Is there a reason for this?
PS: I have not reached swarm disaster yet on my account
after you clear the very first boss in the very first plane, you get the option to pick between two random weaknesses to give the final boss

yeah unfortunately it can screw you over sometimes and give you none of the elements you want but i guess that's simulated universe as a whole with all the blessings and choices

I was actually thinking of saving for dhil e6 - or, at the very least, e2. Not because I like his kit, but because, as a f2p, It'd be kinda nice to have at least 1 char. that can get me through content like swarm disaster 5. However, seeing blade like this is making me want to pull for Blade + Jingliu - any suggestions?
Depends, if you dan heng even at e0, pull for blade and jing liu as that gives you elemental coverage, however if you don't have dan heng, go for him plus blade or jingliu whichever you like, you should have atleast two dps plus elemental coverage is good
I have cleared Swarm 5 as f2p, with e0 dan heng and e0s1 blade and for dan heng I didn't even have fall of an aeon, I had a secret vow and he still does 160-170k in moc and in Swarm he went upto 1.5m damage, so you don't need e2 and instead can go for more character, (consider rerun of sliver wolf if you don't have her and luocha as well), my dan heng build is 64:143 with 3k atk and 106 spd and 8 8 8 talents, so not even max
with full teams, blade and imbibitor lunae will absolutely DESTROY swarm even at e0 - it really just comes down to blessings and making use of the path resonance (e0 dhil and qingque with propagation for example is the most broken thing in the game)
you definitely won't need his e2, especially if you don't like his kit that much!
