I love this movie. 😂 It's so good. Bro couldn't remember how he knew the wagon master then realizes it's from the donner party and they eat the cow. 😂😂😂
No, it's still a terrible movie and I would even put Canadian Bacon above it which isn't very good. I think Only the Lonely was his last really good starring role.
Canadian Bacon Rules!! it has 3 or 4 GREAT jokes. "canadian beer sucks!!" "We get 50 for corpses... JUMP!!" "In french AND English!!". there's a few more.
this came out the same year as "Maverick" staring Mel Gibson which is also a Western/Comedy. And that movie is quite good as both a western and a comedy. This might have been a quick attempt to ride those coat tails that Hollywood does all the time.
*Cracks knuckles* Alright, let's (finally) do this. I guess Comedy just isn't in Peter Markle's wheelhouse, guys. Same with Westerns. I'm sure there's a 20 year gap between Blazing Saddles and Wagons East. Wasn't Blazing Saddles released in 1974? William Sanderson played Larry in Newhart, James. Fran Drescher is another person who sounds like a completely different when she speaks in her real voice. Yes, Vancouver's pretty mild, even in the winter. It probably is due to B. C. is on the west coast. RIP, John Candy & Richard Lewis.
@@BadMoviesRule Thank you, James. It's good to be back. It's going to take me awhile to work my way through the back catalogue of the old episodes, but it's going to happen. Loved the Varsity Blues episode, BTW. Stephanie's reaction to the AI wanting to date Ryan was priceless! See you all soon.
I haven’t watched this episode yet, but why oh why Patrick again?! He’s the most negative person on the pod, I’m convinced he doesn’t like any movie and is just an unhappy person.
He does come across as an excessively negative person who lives to crap on everything everyone likes because it amuses him. He'll even give off the vibe like he really doesn't want to be there sometimes, and his pissy attitude unfortunately ruined my enjoyment of the Missing In Action episode. I try not to judge him too harshly, though, because I can be the exact same way, only worse. When I feel strongly about something in a negative way, I have an itch to vent about it, and there's a whole lot of popular stuff that I hate.
well I jist watched it with my 11 year old daughter. She k ows JC as Barf and RL as Prunce John (big mel B fans). and we liked it. (i enhoyed John C and Picardo and [whatever nielix's actor's name is]) bad movie that rules.
@@BadMoviesRule well it's just not funny anymore. It seems more like a Ted talk about movies than a roasting show. Love listening to your back catalog when working.
I think it would be a blast and a dream to be on this show!
The impressions you guys do just kill me 😂
I didn't know that about John Candy. *Damn,* that's sad.

This movie drove around the neighborhood of jokes. It just never knocked on any doors

I agree. He's a lot sometimes
@@keithlangman2081 and I get the impression that he thinks his shit don’t stink. Idk, maybe I’m wrong.

I was drunk when I watched this and wrote the comment. I do not necessarily stand by this .
This is just a very forgettable comedy western with some funny moments but not enough but it is forever tainted because of Candy's death.
This show fell off hard. Listening to the old episodes like Judge dredd.
Sorry you feel that way - would love to hear what you feel is lacking

@@MrSweet221 I would agree that this specific episode fits that description but literally every other episode is a roast 🤷♂️ appreciate the feedback
@BadMoviesRule you'll have a fan 4 life. But a rare miss my favorite episode is hard to kill have that on repeat.
@@BadMoviesRule some people may have found this episode less funny do to the subject matter........
