Nepal Adventure - Part 1-EBC (Everest Base Camp) Trek. To Lukla by Helicopter -

This is Part 1 of my Everest Base Camp Trek (EBC).
We leave Kathmandu in Nepal to go to Lukla.
Things don't go as we expect. We didn't think we were going to get there but then we got a helicopter and it was the best trip ever!
Took us 55 minutes flying thru cloud, rain and fog where the airplanes would not go. Our pilot was Capt Priya Adhikari, Nepal's first ever female helicopter pilot. She is a local hero and has been on TV in Australia for rescuing and helping people in the mountains.

Hey Luke, that plane (ATR) doesn’t fly to Lukla. I’m sure you had an excellent flight with first female rescue pilot of Nepal. Btw, I’m also Nepali grew up in Sydney. I’m sure you had a beautiful time in Nepal. Cheers mate
