Great video. I enjoyed the clove as I'm a bit burnt out by the banana. They are starting to include the premium card with the new purchases, a recent decision.

Looks good P. Fair point about the premium! It should all be one price as I'd imagine that unit costs a pretty penny

I have been observing the promotions for this product and frankly they are great. The last promo I saw was for father's day, 40% off. Pretty good I reckon. That made it under $400 Australian.

I have tried to at the beginning but never worried about it as mostly I use the yeast that comes on the kit. I do think if you like a type of beer and there is yeast at the bottom of the bottle, harvest that to make a similar beer. I don't intend to do this myself but I do believe it's a lot of fun.

Home Brew flavours come from your water supply. It is usually caused by chlorine and chloramine. Also if you ferment at the wrong temperature eg: too high for the yeast to cope with or not enough yeast as well as letting your yeast finish properly. A good example is when you make mashed potatoes and eat it the next day it has a strange flavour that wasn't there the day before.
