Thousands of Baby Koi 3 days old! | Breeding project part 7

- We now have baby Koi that are 3 days old! And they are all swimming freely in the spawning and fry tank. We will keep feeding more and more egg yolk and floating food to ensure they have a nice growth rate. Time for the Koi breeding project part 7.
During this breeding project I will share my experience with you how we breed Koi with a set of parent Koi. An Doitsu Aragoke female together with two Male Sanke of breeder Sakar. We guide you through all the steps we take, so you are also able to do it by yourself!
In our last video you were able to see that our fry have hatched, and that some also developed quite well. They started to swim freely and we gave them egg yolk for the first time. The fry now became 3 days old, a little bit larger and they are quite ready to eat some more.

We put the eggs in a small pond insert hoping that a few would live. Obviously our first time. 😂 ( there are over a hundred). I need to move into larger tub. Any suggestions as to how to move them safely.
Hmm best would be to move them while they are in the water. For example via a bucket. That way you do not harm them at all

Some of my fry are dying and floating on the top 😢 what am I doing wrong? They are 21 days old. I check the ammonia levels and they are good. We have some slug at the bottom of the tub that came from our big pond. Could that be harmful to them? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

The artemia powder works quite well, if you can get it I do recommend to get some for sure
