With so many religions and each one proclaiming to be the only true religion, it kind of confusing whom to really believe. But I found my answer to the one true religion..If we believe in God and ask Him with an open heart, He would definitely show you the way. There's no point in arguing with others and try to make them believe. Only those who have searched God and experienced God from the inside will understand it. And once you find Him, you can verify from the results of your own life. It's just like a medicine..if you get the right medicine you'd heal in a few days but if you get the wrong medicine you'd continue suffering..

Actually, sir, true Christians know that their faith isn't JUST a 'couch potato' faith but that they must ACT. In my time I have observed that most people who confess to being Christians are NOT truly committed to following Hashem. For them, Christianity is just a way to be socially accepted. I was a very faithful Christian and yet one thing always bothered me....if we are Christians, why don't we follow kashrut and have our meetings on Shabbat? Actually, the Shabbat used to be followed by Christians and in the 300s it was changed by the Catholic Church by an anti-semite pope. Anyway, my questions have always persisted and after more than 10 years of questions, I want to follow Hashem His way. I feel terrible that I have offended him by doing what is explained in Deuteronomy 13....but I didn't know any better. Anyway, this is a long and even difficult path but true seekers of Hashem will eventually find their way to Him because He will guide us when He knows we really love Him and want to be true to Him. I thank faithful Jewish people for always following Him so that we can know that He is the True and One and Only G-D.
That is a mischaracterization of true Christianity. If Jesus is our Lord, we follow him and that is very important. We do good because we love God, but not to save ourselves.
I come from one Jewish family and one Christian family. I walked away from the church a long, long time ago. My Jewish grandfather predicted I would convert. But something about those traditions rubbed me the wrong way, still in limbo 40 years later.
You don't have to become Jewish. It's the only religion I'm aware of that believes every person is created in the image (soul, not body) of God and that your soul will go to heaven. The seven (catagories of ) Mitzvot (commandments) of Noah apply to all humans. All goodness is rewarded. All evil will be punished. Why? Because we have free will (The gift from our creator so that we can earn our purpose.... Or not). You, with your Jewish and Christian family denounced a man being a god. If your father is from a Jewish mother, that doesn't force you to keep the heavy obligations of all the commandments God gave the Jewish People. And yet, even though Judaism doesn't seek converts, throughout history there have been individuals who did not feel complete in this world without attaching themselves to the Jewish Nation, Torah and Land and fate.

The problem with people who go to Bible college or School of Theology think they can become pastors. Pastors are chosen by Christ Himself. Christianity is based on a relationship with Christ, with God. Nobody can become a Christian without the Holy Spirit and certainly this man did not have the Holy Spirit and still does not have Him. The Jews are stuck in their ways, Moses who gave them the Laws and other statutes called them stiff necked. Joshua who took over leadership from Moses, told them they could never serve God because our God is jealous God. They picked the idolatry while in Egypt and when God rescued them, they grumbled after Moses went to Mt Horeb to meet the Angel of the Lord( for God put His name on him) who gave Moses the commandments and all the Statues. The people were so impatient they made Aaron give them a god and got the golden calf which they worshipped and God was angry and many were destroyed. For all mankind fall short of the glory of God but in His mercy sent His Son to redeem the world and reconcile us to Himself. The Jews talk about the Torah. What came first? The Law of Moses or Abraham's faith? God's promise to Abraham was based on Abraham's faith and nothing else. The Torah was 430 years after Abraham. The blood of animals could not and can never cleanse man's heart that is why Jesus came to redeem us once and for all. The kingdom of God is not about eating or drinking but by joy and peace in the Holy Spirit. The Pharisees and the Scribes did not believe then and the Jews don't believe today that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be. Whether you believe or not, it doesn't change anything. Apostle Paul was a Jew, a Benjamite who persecuted Christians but became the greatest Apostle. Without the Holy Spirit, no one can say Jesus is Lord, so all of you unbelieving Jews and the so-called Christians who do not believe in the Holy Spirit are just like the heathens. They don't believe in the resurrection. Not all Jews are Jews, just because you're Abraham's children doesn't make you a child of God but only those who are in Christ Jesus, those who truly believe are declared righteous, just like Abraham the man of faith. The Laws are based on love, love for God and love for your neighbors ; God is love. If the Jews say they believe in God and not in Jesus, then they don't believe in the One who so loved the world that He made His Son the atoning sacrifice for our sins. The Lord told Jeremiah "I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. I am glad there are Messianic Jews who are preaching the truth and it is my prayer that more shepherds are sent among the Jews for small is the gate and narrow is the road which lead to eternal life and few find it. Remember the dead cannot come back to tell you to repent, so listen to the true messengers of God. Going to a school of Theology doesn't make you a Christian and when you try to use your intellect to rationalize Christianity, then you have failed. I refuse to call this man Rabbi, only Jesus Christ has that title. The Jews think the can attain righteousness by obeying the Laws of Moses, it is only by faith can anyone attain righteousness, faith in Jesus Christ. Only those who believe in Him, have the right to be called sons of God. As many as are led by the Holy Spirit, they are the sons of God. God is Spirit and they that worship Him must do so in spirit(heart) and in Truth, for His word is Truth. Isaiah said in Isaiah 53 v1: ' Who has believed our report and to whom is the arm(power) of the Lord revealed'? Well it was to the Jews. Of the original Jews that left Egypt, only Joshua and Caleb made it to the promised land all because of disobedience and grumbling. Hearken to me, he that seek after righteousness, he that seek the Lord: look unto the rock whence he are hewn and to the hole of the pit whence he are dogged. Look unto Abraham your father and unto Sarah that bare the: for I called him alone, and blessed him and increased him'( Isaiahb51:1&2). I suggest you read the Books of Moses in it's entirety to know what the Israelites did to offend God and how He punished them because He loved them and saved them from their enemies after they repented. For lack of knowledge my people perish(Hosea4:6)

This man, and a few others like him, have never clearly stated having been born again, or mentionned the importance of repentance in any way, that starts and leads you on the christian journey. When you're really born again, it's impossible to do what they did. This man had clearly a very intellectual faith as a pastor, and never got to the point of experiencing real conversion to Christ. Once you're actaully forgiven of your sins through true repentance and faith in Jesus' sacrfice, and then sealed, for real, by the Holy-Spirit of God, and that Holy Fire burns unceasingly on your forehead, feeling it physically burning on your skin, 24h. a day, and all year round. You can't ever, ever, ever deny Jesus-Christ after that. Impossible. That thought doesn't even come to your mind. And this is exactly the point that this man never reached, nor clearly did his wife. So I pray that they come to know Him like I know Him, and all real born-again christians know Him... For real. Then, they will never deny Him again. Shalom.

Except for the fact that the book of Isaiah prophesies about Jesus Christ the messiah which is part of the Old Testament. His claim that God will send a jewish man to guide people’s astray is false as well. It doesnt say this prophet is to be jewish at all. I just read the verse myself. There of course were other people groups and beliefs and as you read further in the Bible they would lead the Israelites astray. He simply doesn’t want to believe and places blame on man in this video. His reason for converting over the lack of Protestants helping in his story is not a finger pointing at God but man. World don’t understand that Judaism is the only truth religion on Earth, just following our behaviour story is showing that Jews still in life, and most amazing we are the people chosen. Who’s not Jews, it’s time to become Jews.
Judaism is our nationality that includes the Jewish religion. Judaism is not yet another religion out there that someone can switch to, without being naturalized into the people that subscribes to it.
And Also, I don't know what kind a pastor or priest he was but he surely didn't know one bit of Christianity. obviously he knows so little just by saying , for example that it is the easiest religion on earth and that you can jump from one church to the Catholic or to the orthodox if you want to. if he was a Christian he would have knows the major difference between them all and the commitment it takes on every bit of step in your life if you're truly a follower of Jesus. if he was this kind of Christian that he described he surely was never a Christian. it seems to me he wasn't...but he does sound like a very bitter man.

Interesting except the application of Deuteronomy to Jesus. Jesus was a Torah observant Jewish preacher preaching the coming of God's new age in the midst of Roman rule. What the gentile church did later to the original Jesus was a distortion.
To me, Deuteronomy speaks of false prophets in general, and there have been a few. But to say Jesus was an observant Jew is totally wrong. The NT, or Greek bible, has Jesus gathering grain on Shabbos, eating bread on Pasach, and even interfering with the yearly collection of the half-shekel tax mandated by Torah law. But to be fair, the NT was written years after the fact by persons who seem totally unfamiliar with Judaism, if not downright hostile to it. But that pretty much disproves any authenticity.
Well, that hit home. What gets me is that it is written that Jesus says that the path to heaven is narrow. Which means not many are on that path and is said further that people will think they are on that path and are not. By him saying that people should be looking at what they are being taught and notice what’s wrong. Even I have noticed how pastors or others state how easy it is and noticed people jumping from one denomination to another because one doesn’t fit their life style and you have those denominations fighting each other saying oh they say this well come over here we won’t do that to you, you’re saved no matter what. It’s an easy fix to feel good about what you’ve done even if Jesus says that you need to repent, make things right and follow the Torah. They quickly switch from that to Paul’s writings that state being saved by grace and depending what denomination they will use versus about saved by works. Yet Jesus states that it isn’t faith and works alone because you can boast either way and Gd frowns on that boasting. How are works righteous when you do it to try to stay out of hell or how is faith righteous if you’re only doing it to stay out of hell? To me that’s hugely blaspheming Gd. You do it because Gd told you to do it and you want to do it to glorify Gd! There’s a lot that Jesus says that is good and right but on the other hand there is a lot of things Paul said that was wrong. Yet they all use Pual more than Jesus. My other problem is how Jesus stared that Peter would be the rock, the foundation to build the church, yet Paul demeans Peter and strips it away from him and even Catholics put Paul as the first pope and he is the foundation the church is built on. REALLY? On top of all this people pray to dead people and put Mary on such a huge pedestal like a goddess! Saying Mary mother of God! What kind of blasphemy is that? This is crazy! Open your eyes people! Open your ears! Listen to Gd! You mention Deuteronomy. Jesus fits that well. It states that Gd will put that prophet to death. Christians are always puzzled why Jesus would say my Gd why have you forsaken me? That’s why, cause you where the prophet mentioned in Deuteronomy. He had good intentions but once you say you’re THE Gd of Abraham, that’s where even Gd draws the line! He put people to death for less things! Historically, I don’t see how Jewish priests would collaborate at night to have a secret trial! Trials where always in the day and by Gd’s law he had to have a FAIR trial. What Jew would break that law of Gd? They may have been wanting to stone him, but he didn’t have a fair trial. Historically, it is not out of the nature of the Romans to put someone to death that looks like they where about to overthrow the government. Here is a man with such a huge following and rumors of him to be king. Yeah, that didn’t go unnoticed by the romans? I have returned to Christianity after 20 years in the New Age. I go to a confessional reformed churched where my pastor does proper Exegesis of the scripture. I feel I have finally returned home. The false teachers of our day, those who know the truth but turn to greed, power, lust and defile our Lord will be cursed as apostates. I pray the Lord OUR God returns you to him also so your eyes may be opened to see and your heart softened. May you know the peace of God which is beyond all comprehension.

Thanks God for Islam, we go in the middle way! We don't say like Christians that Jesus is God and the son of God, nor do we say like the Jews that he was a false prophet. Our believe is that Jesus peace be upon him the Messiah was a prophet of God who was sent to the children of Israel to bring them back to the religion of Moses peace be upon him, because after Moses PBUH jews gon astray and changed many things in their religion, but they rejected him and tried to kill him but God almighty saved him and raised him up alive in the Heaven. Our believe is, that at the end times Jesus PBUH will come back and all of the people of the book ( Jews and Christians) will believe in him before he experience natural death for the first time.

With most respect to him and Judaism in general, his first argument against Christianity is basically the fact that most members of Christian churches do not follow (or believe) the teachings of Yeshua but practiced horrible sins. Well, following this reasoning, wouldn't that also prove Judaism false, since the ancestors of Jewish people broke the covenant with haShem multiple times and committed sins against Adonai Elohim? Or course not. Christians truly have made serious mistakes and we surely are greatest sinners in the world, but that just shows that we are bad Christians. It tells nothing about Christianity in itself. Besides, the representation of Christian spirituality and Christian life is there a sort of straw man. At first, it presents mostly the most indefinite Evangelicalism that even most Protestants don't accept. Secondly, dear Mr Wade does not mention that if the life of Christian is not in accordance with his faith, his faith is seemingly fake and he will end to eternal punishment. Not to mention Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches in which people are called to fast almost 30% of year, pray without ceasing, struggle against temptations, there are vespers and other services plus possibility for confession of sins during the week etc. etc. As the disciples of Yeshua, they must obey the orders of their rabbi and master like good disciples always do, and this case it is to commit themselves, each other and their whole life to Triune God... In the end, it is surprisingly similar with Judaism, even without Oral Torah and other traditions. Regarding the doctrine of divinity of Yeshua, it was widely accepted idea already in the beginning of 2nd century. Yeshua was called God in letters, apologies and other Christian writings (even in the reports of Roman governors), following the teachings of the disciples of Yeshua. The council of Nicaea in the 4th century was mainly against Arianism which DID CLAIM that Yeshua is God but not co-substantial with God the Father (compare to doctrines of Jehovah's Witnesses)... so the divinity of the Messiah was not invented at this council, rather it was discussed whether the Messiah is its own being or in union with God. When it comes to the Torah, you can read that Hashem manifested himself in visible form to his people (since the days of Adam). It was the Angel of Hashem who came to them, but afterwards they did say that they watched God face to face and were still alive. This was Sar ha-Panim and Ha-Malakh Hashem; whoever see him has seen the Father, for Sar ha-Panim is the manifestation of formless God. And in Deuteronomy, mentioned passage does not point to specific false prophet, but it is the guideline how to identify all those prophets that are not of God. As far as I know, Yeshua did not change anything. Christianity is fundamentally monotheistic religion (that's why the council of Nicaea was called in the first place), technically everything he taught goes back to Jewish sources, and even the concept of Trinity appears already in the Jewish literature before the life of Yeshua. And regarding the image and likeness of God, didn't God create the human in his image, according to his likeness? At least this is what Gen. 1 literally says. Humans were not created in the image of angels. Instead, there is a rabbinic story where angels were looking for God but accidentally ended up to sing "hakadosh hakadosh hakadosh" to Adam.

Rambam (Maimonides) gives a good explanation for this - he wrote that Xtianity paved the way for the world to eventually accept the true Mashiach. Xtianity introduced the world to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, even if it did so incorrectly.

The problem with christianity is that you pray and believe in a MAN born of man and woman. and that forgiveness is thru jesus. So basically one can sin and jesus died for your sins. He only claimed to be the messiah and the early followers of jesus were Jews who wanted desperately to believe him. since he didnt fulfill the biblical terms of who the real messiah will be like they abandoned him as their messiah. the later followers of jesus who were gentiles then wrote the gospels. many christians even believe that God broke His covenant with the Jews and that they are the chosen ones. I don’t profess to be a Christian, or a knowledgeable Christian at that; however, he claims that as a former Protestant minister ( a product of Sola Scriptura) his history is off... a number of inaccuracies in his criticisms of Christianity by over looking the Eastern churches. To lay the atrocities of the Holocaust at the foot of the Christian religion is ironic because many Christians took up arms to stop the Nazis.
Some of the things this guy said are just inaccurate. He converted from the Methodist church which is extremely weak at best. Not surprising anyone converts to anything else from the Methodist church. Christianity is not easy if you actually try to love your life by it. Sorry to burst your bubble but what you claim about Christianity can also be said about Judaism. I could go buy a kippah today, deny Christ and call myself a Jew and no one would be able to say I’m lying. I also don't believe the messianic claims made on Jesus' behalf (in my reading of the gospels he never claims it straight up), for similar reasons. But to state nonbelief in old Yeshua for scriptural reasons & messianic requirements is one thing. Discounting Christianity itself is a different kettle of fish, & not an appetizing one. Sure, it's not valid to us. I don't think you're right about Easter. In Christianity you fast from meat, olive oil, and dairy for an entire month leading into Pascha, you got prayer services almost every night that month and then Holy Week is basically a liturgy every night. Fast days are Wednesday's and Friday's all year long, and this doesn't account for all of the other fasts and feast days, or days where certain meals are prohibited all together. To suggest that Christianity is easy, isn't accurate. The amount of fast days and prayer schedules is already very intimidating without the month leading up to Pascha.

This ex pastor so called rabbi unfortunatelly doesn' t even quote Deuteronomy 13, 2-5 as it is, but slightly changes its meaning to underline his own perception of Jesus. First of all, the passage starts with "If a prophet or one who foretells by dreams..." and not "someday a deceiver will come blabla" and is bound to the context of punishment for those who deceive in purpose of inciting rebellion against God. It can't be seen in no way as a prophecy about Jesus, but as an instuction for deceivers among the jews. Second, Jesus never claimed to be a prophet or dreamer. He claimed to be the messiah foretold in Genesis 2, 15 and many other old testament verses. Poor old pastor...
Jesus also said, "If one comes in his own name you will accept him, but I come in my Fathers name and you don't accept me". You are not able to understand biblical prophecy or the law without Jesus who is the promised messiah. And in trying to explain away passages from Moses and the Prophets that talk about Jesus, by using malicious interpretation of other verses, written for the protection of the community, takes you a step closer to what Jesus meant when he spoke to the Jews. When the anti christ comes in his own name, you will accept him immediately as your messiah because you reject the true messiah. Even so, Jesus was the greatest of all prophets. Actually, sir, true Christians know that their faith isn't JUST a 'couch potato' faith but that they must ACT. Actually, the Shabbat used to be followed by Christians and in the 300s it was changed by the Catholic Church by an anti-semite pope. Anyway, my questions have always persisted and after more than 10 years of questions, I want to follow Hashem His way. I feel terrible that I have offended him by doing what is explained in Deuteronomy 13....but I didn't know any better.

The problem with people who go to Bible college or School of Theology think they can become pastors. Pastors are chosen by Christ Himself. The Law of Moses or Abraham's faith? God's promise to Abraham was based on Abraham's faith and nothing else. The Torah was 430 years after Abraham. The blood of animals could not and can never cleanse man's heart that is why Jesus came to redeem us once and for all. The kingdom of God is not about eating or drinking but by joy and peace in the Holy Spirit. The Pharisees and the Scribes did not believe then and the Jews don't believe today that Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be. Whether you believe or not, it doesn't change anything. Apostle Paul was a Jew, a Benjamite who persecuted Christians but became the greatest Apostle. Without the Holy Spirit, no one can say Jesus is Lord, so all of you unbelieving Jews and the so-called Christians who do not believe in the Holy Spirit are just like the heathens. They don't believe in the resurrection. Not all Jews are Jews, just because you're Abraham's children doesn't make you a child of God but only those who are in Christ Jesus, those who truly believe are declared righteous, just like Abraham the man of faith. The Laws are based on love, love for God and love for your neighbors ; God is love. If the Jews say they believe in God and not in Jesus, then they don't believe in the One who so loved the world that He made His Son the atoning sacrifice for our sins. This man, and a few others like him, have never clearly stated having been born again, or mentionned the importance of repentance in any way, that starts and leads you on the christian journey. When you're really born again, it's impossible to do what they did. This man had clearly a very intellectual faith as a pastor, and never got to the point of experiencing real conversion to Christ. Once you're actaully forgiven of your sins through true repentance and faith in Jesus' sacrfice, and then sealed, for real, by the Holy-Spirit of God, and that Holy Fire burns unceasingly on your forehead, feeling it physically burning on your skin, 24h. a day, and all year round. You can't ever, ever, ever deny Jesus-Christ after that. Impossible. That thought doesn't even come to your mind. And this is exactly the point that this man never reached, nor clearly did his wife. So I pray that they come to know Him like I know Him, and all real born-again christians know Him... For real. Then, they will never deny Him again. Shalom.

Except for the fact that the book of Isaiah prophesies about Jesus Christ the messiah which is part of the Old Testament. His claim that God will send a jewish man to guide people’s astray is false as well. It doesnt say this prophet is to be jewish at all. I just read the verse myself. Interesting except the application of Deuteronomy to Jesus. Jesus was a Torah observant Jewish preacher preaching the coming of God's new age in the midst of Roman rule. What the gentile church did later to the original Jesus was a distortion.
To me, Deuteronomy speaks of false prophets in general, and there have been a few. But to say Jesus was an observant Jew is totally wrong. The NT, or Greek bible, has Jesus gathering grain on Shabbos, eating bread on Pasach, and even interfering with the yearly collection of the half-shekel tax mandated by Torah law. But to be fair, the NT was written years after the fact by persons who seem totally unfamiliar with Judaism, if not downright hostile to it. But that pretty much disproves any authenticity.

What gets me is that it is written that Jesus says that the path to heaven is narrow. Which means not many are on that path and is said further that people will think they are on that path and are not. By him saying that people should be looking at what they are being taught and notice what’s wrong. Even I have noticed how pastors or others state how easy it is and noticed people jumping from one denomination to another because one doesn’t fit their life style and you have those denominations fighting each other saying oh they say this well come over here we won’t do that to you, you’re saved no matter what. It’s an easy fix to feel good about what you’ve done even if Jesus says that you need to repent, make things right and follow the Torah. They quickly switch from that to Paul’s writings that state being saved by grace and depending what denomination they will use versus about saved by works. Yet Jesus states that it isn’t faith and works alone because you can boast either way and Gd frowns on that boasting. How are works righteous when you do it to try to stay out of hell or how is faith righteous if you’re only doing it to stay out of hell? To me that’s hugely blaspheming Gd. You do it because Gd told you to do it and you want to do it to glorify Gd! There’s a lot that Jesus says that is good and right but on the other hand there is a lot of things Paul said that was wrong. Yet they all use Pual more than Jesus.
My other problem is how Jesus stared that Peter would be the rock, the foundation to build the church, yet Paul demeans Peter and strips it away from him and even Catholics put Paul as the first pope and he is the foundation the church is built on. REALLY? On top of all this people pray to dead people and put Mary on such a huge pedestal like a goddess! Saying Mary mother of God! What kind of blasphemy is that? This is crazy! Open your eyes people! Open your ears! Listen to Gd!
You mention Deuteronomy. Jesus fits that well. It states that Gd will put that prophet to death. Christians are always puzzled why Jesus would say my Gd why have you forsaken me? That’s why, cause you where the prophet mentioned in Deuteronomy. He had good intentions but once you say you’re THE Gd of Abraham, that’s where even Gd draws the line! He put people to death for less things!
Historically, I don’t see how Jewish priests would collaborate at night to have a secret trial! Trials where always in the day and by Gd’s law he had to have a FAIR trial. What Jew would break that law of Gd? They may have been wanting to stone him, but he didn’t have a fair trial. Historically, it is not out of the nature of the Romans to put someone to death that looks like they where about to overthrow the government. In Jeremiah 31:31, It says;

What kind of *new covenant* is God speaking of, where he will never remember their sins? We know the old covenant will be replaced, by this new one. This new covenant seems like GRACE to me. How will God establish this new covenant where he will never remember their sins? Through the sacrifice of the Messiah.
We read this explicitly in the whole chapter of Isaiah 53;
''He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
he was despised, and we held him in low esteem.
4 Surely he took up our pain
and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
stricken by him, and afflicted.
5 BUT he was *pierced* for our transgressions,
he was *crushed* for our iniquities;
the *punishment* that brought us *peace* was *on* him,

This is a description of a man, who was rejected by the people of Israel. They considered that his death was a punishment of God because of something he did, but all this time while they thought that, it was actually for their sins that he was pierced to death. But this was the plan of God; The Lord has laid on him
the iniquity (sin) of us all.
This Messiah didn't just die as a ransom for sins, but later after his ransom, it says he was *resurrected* from the dead;
''For he was *cut off* from the land of the living;
*for the transgression* of my people, he was punished.
9 He was assigned a *grave* with the wicked,
and with the rich in his *death*
though he had done *no violence*
*nor was any deceit* in his mouth.
10 YET it was the *Lord’s will* to *crush* him and cause him to suffer,

So the new covenant of reconciliation with God; where sins would never be remembered. Would come through the death and resurrection of the Messiah, according to Isaiah 53.
Who in history has been more rejected and despised by Jews to this day than Jesus? Who in history is said to have been pierced on a cross, but not for himself, but for the sins of the Jews and the world? Who of all in history is believed to have been resurrected from the dead?
Before Jesus died, on the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, he took the cup of the wine and then told his Jewish followers something revolutionary and thus confirming the prophecy of Jeremiah and Isaiah (31 & 53), he said;
“Drink from it, all of you. This is *My blood* of *the new covenant* ..which is *poured out* for many for the *forgiveness of sins* ''
If you want to be right with God, listen to what he tells you, and obey him. He has appointed a day of judgment where he will judge all sinner, which means all of us. But you can today be forgiven and justified in an instance by the grace and Love of God, which he demonstrated on the cross, there the justice and the love of God were visible to all. While yet we were still sinners, the Messiah died for us according to the prophecies, in 1st century Israel.
We can never be justified by the Law, the Law is there to reveal our sinfulness. The Law shows us that we are wicked sinners who desperately need the forgiveness and loving mercy of God, which comes through the Messiah, who exchanges his righteousness with our unrighteousness, takes our place and we take his place, who forgives everything we have done (past-present-future) and who reconciles us to a relationship with God. Let us not brothers, reject this amazing gift of completely undeserved Grace.
I believe the scripture tells us that the Messiah is God in disguise, in the flesh. But that is another topic. Firstly, recognize that Jesus of Nazareth is truly, in light of ALL the evidence of scripture and history, the Messiah - the cornerstone of the new covenant of God.

Thanks God for Islam, we go in the middle way! We don't say like Christians that Jesus is God and the son of God, nor do we say like the Jews that he was a false prophet. Our believe is that Jesus peace be upon him the Messiah was a prophet of God who was sent to the children of Israel to bring them back to the religion of Moses peace be upon him, because after Moses PBUH jews gon astray and changed many things in their religion, but they rejected him and tried to kill him but God almighty saved him and raised him up alive in the Heaven. Our believe is, that at the end times Jesus PBUH will come back and all of the people of the book ( Jews and Christians) will believe in him before he experience natural death for the first time.

With most respect to him and Judaism in general, his first argument against Christianity is basically the fact that most members of Christian churches do not follow (or believe) the teachings of Yeshua but practiced horrible sins. Well, following this reasoning, wouldn't that also prove Judaism false, since the ancestors of Jewish people broke the covenant with haShem multiple times and committed sins against Adonai Elohim? Or course not. Christians truly have made serious mistakes and we surely are greatest sinners in the world, but that just shows that we are bad Christians. It tells nothing about Christianity in itself.
Besides, the representation of Christian spirituality and Christian life is there a sort of straw man. At first, it presents mostly the most indefinite Evangelicalism that even most Protestants don't accept. Secondly, dear Mr Wade does not mention that if the life of Christian is not in accordance with his faith, his faith is seemingly fake and he will end to eternal punishment. Not to mention Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches in which people are called to fast almost 30% of year, pray without ceasing, struggle against temptations, there are vespers and other services plus possibility for confession of sins during the week etc. etc. As the disciples of Yeshua, they must obey the orders of their rabbi and master like good disciples always do, and this case it is to commit themselves, each other and their whole life to Triune God... In the end, it is surprisingly similar with Judaism, even without Oral Torah and other traditions.
Regarding the doctrine of divinity of Yeshua, it was widely accepted idea already in the beginning of 2nd century. Yeshua was called God in letters, apologies and other Christian writings (even in the reports of Roman governors), following the teachings of the disciples of Yeshua. The council of Nicaea in the 4th century was mainly against Arianism which DID CLAIM that Yeshua is God but not co-substantial with God the Father (compare to doctrines of Jehovah's Witnesses)... so the divinity of the Messiah was not invented at this council, rather it was discussed whether the Messiah is its own being or in union with God.
When it comes to the Torah, you can read that Hashem manifested himself in visible form to his people (since the days of Adam). It was the Angel of Hashem who came to them, but afterwards they did say that they watched God face to face and were still alive. This was Sar ha-Panim and Ha-Malakh Hashem; whoever see him has seen the Father, for Sar ha-Panim is the manifestation of formless God. And in Deuteronomy, mentioned passage does not point to specific false prophet, but it is the guideline how to identify all those prophets that are not of God. As far as I know, Yeshua did not change anything. Christianity is fundamentally monotheistic religion (that's why the council of Nicaea was called in the first place), technically everything he taught goes back to Jewish sources, and even the concept of Trinity appears already in the Jewish literature before the life of Yeshua.
And regarding the image and likeness of God, didn't God create the human in his image, according to his likeness? At least this is what Gen. 1 literally says. Humans were not created in the image of angels. Instead, there is a rabbinic story where angels were looking for God but accidentally ended up to sing "hakadosh hakadosh hakadosh" to Adam.

I don't think you're right about Easter. In Christianity you fast from meat, olive oil, and dairy for an entire month leading into Pascha, you got prayer services almost every night that month and then Holy Week is basically a liturgy every night. Fast days are Wednesday's and Friday's all year long, and this doesn't account for all of the other fasts and feast days, or days where certain meals are prohibited all together. To suggest that Christianity is easy, isn't accurate. The amount of fast days and prayer schedules is already very intimidating without the month leading up to Pascha.

And he really shouldn't have mentioned the Catholics and Orthodox in his critique because they're old school. This ex pastor so called rabbi unfortunatelly doesn' t even quote Deuteronomy 13, 2-5 as it is, but slightly changes its meaning to underline his own perception of Jesus. First of all, the passage starts with "If a prophet or one who foretells by dreams..." and not "someday a deceiver will come blabla" and is bound to the context of punishment for those who deceive in purpose of inciting rebellion against God. It can't be seen in no way as a prophecy about Jesus, but as an instuction for deceivers among the jews. Second, Jesus never claimed to be a prophet or dreamer. He claimed to be the messiah foretold in Genesis 2, 15 and many other old testament verses. Poor old pastor...
Jesus also said, "If one comes in his own name you will accept him, but I come in my Fathers name and you don't accept me". You are not able to understand biblical prophecy or the law without Jesus who is the promised messiah. And in trying to explain away passages from Moses and the Prophets that talk about Jesus, by using malicious interpretation of other verses, written for the protection of the community, takes you a step closer to what Jesus meant when he spoke to the Jews. When the anti christ comes in his own name, you will accept him immediately as your messiah because you reject the true messiah. Even so, Jesus was the greatest of all prophets.
