Joe once was a student at Baldi’s University, which was closed down due to low funds, and to be turned into an orphanage owned by Joe’s parents. Baldi didn’t like the idea of an orphanage with a lower education system than his university, so he took it out on Joe. The Principle, was convinced to hire Joe as a bus driver for Baldi’s Basic School of Education and Learning. Joe purchased his own bus a while back to eventually turn into a coffee bar, but the idea didn’t work out. Then Baldi claimed to have fired Joe for driving while intoxicated. In reality, Baldi had kidnapped and killed Joe with his ruler. Baldi tried to write his name instead of leaving Joe’s on the bus, considering it was his bus now.
His extremely long fingers, lack of space, and specialty only being math, caused it to be a difficult process. He wrote Bald’s bus, purposely making an illusion to be Baldi’s bus. Now here we are today.

Just a heads up: That character is Cloudy Copter. He's also in the Baldi Random Maps series. I never knew he originated from this game but in the random maps series, he (or she, or they) will blow you from across the hallway, making it harder for you to get to the other side. Or if you are going in the opposite direction he's in, he might push you and cause you to go faster when crossing the hallway. I guess in this game he is a threat to blow the fire out.
