I'm doing something similar, but with wood, and with the electronics in the 'normal' places.
I found an incredible thing on Amazon called '3.5mm Screw Terminal Gold Plated TRRS Male and female connectors'.
They're like TRRS jack plugs and sockets, but have four screw terminals, so I can screw my pickup wires into one, have the corresponding part on the wing and do regular switching.
I'll be adding another pair for the piezo bridge, and another for when I have a 'top switching body'.

I came up with this idea around 2009 (not the 3-D printing part) where you have a Steinberger type body that you can add different pieces to and make the guitar look like a Strat, Tele, SG, LP, Flying V, Explorer etc. I'm fairly certain I still have the pictures on a file on an old computer.

What is your strategy to strengthen the body?
I'll build one but I'm really concerned about the body resistance.

How long is this staying in tune? I imagine the printed neck is considerably less rigid than a wooden neck and will eventually flex under the tension of the strings?
