Unfortunately I’m new to Nightwish but in the last year and a half I’ve become a huge fan. Awesome performance and great accomplishment!! They deserve everything.
Andrew looks like he is expressing regrets that he discovered NW only recently and not years ago hence the word "unfortunately". I'm sure he didn't mean anything bad with it. Anyway, welcome to the NW world!
@Jerky Vibes Utterly wrong on every level of the word wrong. I grew up with their albums but prefer some of Floor's live versions over the original album versions. You are trying to put claim on being 'an original fan' but what is wrong with newcomers enjoying Nightwish as it currently is without going into the history of the band? Most new fans are well aware of the history btw. Stop hating mate
What an astonishing Concert the Helsinki Ice-Hall 24th April 2022 was. Playing was superb and tight as ever, lightning beautiful and pyrotechnic was very advanced not seen before ever! Nightwish is in their A-game. Although Nightwish is a performance of whole band, still Floor stood up clearly as a beacon in the deep space. Se moved and jumped around, jumped as light and as energetic a s a 5 year old (I want either the same thing she drinks or the same personal trainer she uses ;) ), she had all the time so much energy trying to explode out of her. And if Tampere gig the voice was suffering from the cold, then in Helsinki her voice was flawless, the voice sounded better than ever, improved and reaching to other universes and layers than ever. Stunning and at the same time even more touching than ever. Even though I saw, heard and experienced myself it, I am already jealous to the next people attending these NW concerts - You will have a time of your life with Nightwish and leave utterly happy and in musical ecstasy.

The accoustic version of How's the heart never fails to bring a smile to my face, Floors singing is without peer, Troy plays such a beautiful guitar part and and his backing singing is perfect to underpin Floor.

Why is it these people---especially Floor---do not behave like spoiled brat rock & rollers? I've come to realize part of my admiration for Nightwish comes from watching them behave like normal people. And these are genuinely, exceptionally, gifted people that are bring beautiful magic into this world. Bravo Nightwish!
If they did, I certainly wouldn't like them. For me, how an artist behaves off-stage is just as important as how good they are on-stage. If I had heard that Floor Jansen was treating people like shit off-stage, it would turn me off the band immediately. Fortunately, from everything I've seen, she just seems like an awesome, normal person!
Really beautiful...though I do hope they decide to go with the full band version as well. This song really took my breath away when the single came out. I want the full power.
