Thank you!! I just subscribed. Thinking of investing to make bows for my girls.
I’ve been searching how to make them and didn’t find anywhere on how to. Thank you so much for sharing 💕
"Finally" yes!!!! Lol been searching for ever..... thank you so much for sharing. I love these hairbows
These are the PRETTIEST bows I have seen on you tube. Thank you for sharing
These are beautiful! Where do you purchase all your pretty fabrics?
Does it matter which way the grain line of the fabric is going? Like which way the stretch is going before you cut?
Hello! Thank you so much for this video! I have been looking for a tutorial on how to do these bows for awhile now. One question, how do I get my machine to not break the thread every time. It seems like the setting 9 is too much and it breaks when I start to sew. Thank you in advance 🙇🏽♀️
you can lower the 9s to 7 or even 5 and try those
Trying to find the cut out pattern for their the best. Beautiful
Thanks for this video, so helpful! I was wondering what are the measurements for the white with small roses? I like the smaller bows for my 3 year old. Thank you!!
it makes like a 4x5 approx. (5 inches from tails up to the bow - length) and the strip was 2x18"
@@Zhannastar Thank you so much! 💕
What about rolled hem ends after cutting the excess thread? Did you put some fray check to the ends? I'm struggling with rolled hem ends when it comes to organza bows.
Is the cotton printed on both sides ?
My lower looper thread keeps breaking, any advice?
I love this tutorial! Thank you 🥰. Only question is how do you attach a nylon band or hair tie to these?
before tying the bow, slip on the nylon band/hair tie. here's a video (I have it start off at 6: 51 it will show you exactly how to do it) ruclips.net/video/kvcm-3LGIsw/видео.html
It really is beautiful 😍 Thank you 🤩
precioso se podra hacer en maquina familiar
Can you achieve this look without a serger, only with a sewing machine? I have a Brother m280d. Thank you in advance...😁
it won't be this exact look, but theres a rolled hem foot for a sewing machine, so basically it will roll the fabric into a tiny hem so the edges will be thicker and won't fray, I hope that makes sense. I have a brother cs5055prw and it came with that food its the letter K foot
@@Zhannastar thank you so much for your reply...🥰🥰
hi do you think I can do this with my brother LX3817?? or would I have to purchase a serger??
Hi! Are you using 3 threads with 1 needle or 4 threads with 2 needles? Is your knife on or off? Thank you!
knife is on.
and the Serger is 4 threads with 2 needles
Do you sew with a color close to the fabric color ?
Hello. Are this meant to be made with 2 sided printed fabrics?
no I did all of these one side. you can also put two fabrics together if you want both sides to have the prints on them,
Hi quick question can you do this method with a singer m1000 machine ? If so how ? Thank you by the way❤
Which brand of threads is the best for this machine ?
I get them on wawak. www.wawak.com/thread/thread-by-use/all-purpose/gutermann-mara-120-poly-wrapped-poly-core-thread-tex-25/#sku=gtdx800 they have every color available. also the cheapest priced thread you''ll find anywhere, and they ship really fast. I'm not affiliated with them, just always use their company
Thank you soo much for the video❤️
AMAZING!
Hi, what are all your sizes of the bows
Hi do you have a template available to cut out the fabric
Wanted to know , is it possible to keep the stitches more minute ?? I mean thiner ??
I think you can take out one needle,
Hello!...Thank you for the video is very helpful....Can I use the 1034dx to do the same work?
I dont' see why not. isn't that just the new version of the brother 1034D?
@@Zhannastar yes!!
Are you using all 4 rolls of pink thread?
yes
Did you use one or two needles?
two
Hi could you make a video using a regular sewing machine?
sure, I'll have it up sometime next week,
Is there a way to make these with the regular sewing machine instead of serger?
yes, the edges would look different but it would be same concept. you have to use the rolled hem foot. and it will roll the edge super tiny on the sides
So if I wanted to make this type of bow without sewing or surging how would I do it? Without the ends unraveling? Do I have to have a serger? This video compared to your sewing machine video, the surging seems a lot more simpler and a lot less time than actually sewing
serger is much faster and easier of course. Or you would have to sew using the rolling hem foot. with-ought hemming all around the fabric edges, it will either fray or won't be the same look.
Hi😊 I would like to start making bows for my daughter and niece and saw a serger for sale for $100 and I was just wondering if it was the same. The one for sale is a Brother Lock Serger 1034d 3/4 thread. Is yours the same?
I do have brother 1034d. I got it on amazon. www.amazon.com/Brother-1034D-Thread-Serger-Differential/dp/B0000CBK1L
@@Zhannastar Thank You so much!😊
How do you get the print to face forward on both tails while using cotton? 😭
when tying it, you have to flip the tail In the knot. when inserting a clip, add a dot of glue inside so everything stays put
Why do you have to take the piece out, ove only just got my server and dont really understand the mechanics of it xx
this way it allows for it to be a "rolled hem" if its not taken out, the stitching will be different and it won't be the same effect.
If you turned the knife off, how is it cutting?
no I said you can have it off or on. and that I prefer it on. - if I'm in no rush and I cut the strip perfectly than I have the knife off, but in my case I'm always so busy with orders, so I have the knife on so than the strip is cut into a perfect line
I’m using an 80/12 needle and it keeps bending. I’ve replaced it 3 times. Any suggestions
ah I'm not sure, I have the original needle that came with it. I also dont take the other one, I keep both of them in... even though one isn't used
All machines are different. You need to adjust the rolled hem settings based on your machine. Check the manual or check videos on how to do a rolled hem on your specific machine.
Hi. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I followed your steps but it’s not getting the same results 😫
the tying of the bow or the stitching?
@@Zhannastar the stitching
@@julianalopez88 did you take out the metal thingy like I showed in the video?
@@Zhannastar I got it to work ☺️

Gracias linda ♡
This isn’t working for me for some reason. It’s not actually threading the fabric. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here 😳. I took out that piece
did you change the settings?
My thread keeps ripping 😖
change the thread, mess with the tension.
I suggest wawak.com cone thread meant for a serger. its the best
Ive followed step by step and my string keeps breaking every single time within seconds
You have to mess with your own settings on your own machine. Even if its the same machine,
