Use a glue made with yuca flour and water
Hi! Thank you! I'm not sure I will be able to get yuca flour here but if I see it I'll buy and try! Appreciate you 🙏🏻
What kind of glue did you use? It doesn't look like pva glue, as yours kept its shape, while pva glue is more liquidy
It's was a general school glue, from a local store! I'd say it's pva. Not Elmer's glue, so it can also be just the quality! It did keep it shape initially but as I noted in the video it kinda started losing it after a while!
what if you add flour
Hi! You can! Flour, starches, baking soda can also be used to thicken the paint and give it texture.
However! Flour is food and not a professional medium so we can't know how durable the mix will be and if it will crack or not.
What kind of sand?
You can use any :) there are brands that sell clean sand, I honestly used the sand from my beach, I happened to live next to one. It's volcanic sand so it was black :)
Is it important to use a scraper
Hi! Thank you for watching! What do you mean, when you suggest using a scraper for thickening the paint?
Hey, can we use salt? plss answer
Hi! Sure, but it won't give a lot of texture and if you use water with paint salt will dissolve. It can create some effects when sprinkled on washes though. Some particles will remain but some will dissolve.
what if we add cornstarch ?
It is indeed one of the methods I mentioned in the article :) The video only features my 4 fav methods, but I actually list 18 in the full article (link is in the description).
