@@luthead ??? Are you insane? That's the job of a commentator. Please elaborate more because so far you've made the argument for him commentating (suggesting that you do like him) rather than against him doing it.
Partially insane. He just talks you through every little step of the cue ball, like we are 5 years old watching it for the first time it’s a bit annoying.Jeremy Jones elaborates on advanced things that a lot of amateur players wouldn’t think of which is extremely helpful.
@@luthead thats the point of a color commentator. The mosconi cup being the biggest broadcast event in pool Niels is giving a wider audience some context per shot. It's really good. Watch on mute next time he commentates.
Anyone besides me thinks that Skyler is every bit as talented as SVB in their sport? I think under pressure, that maybe Skyler is even better. Nothing rattles this young man!
As good, if not better, in several ways. I first saw Woodward playing SVB like 8-9 years ago in the US Open. At the time SVB was near-untouchable, then out of lord-knows-where comes Woodward. I'd never seen him play before, and it was an unbelievable set. Woodward won the lag and they traded b&r's for half the set. Then, Woodward rattled one ball, SVB, finished the rack, then they continued trading b&r's for the remainder of the set until SVB finally won 9-7. Only one rack in the entire set wasn't a b&r, and it cost Woodward the match. The only way to play better would be to play perfect (which SVB did in order to win). Nonetheless, I was like, "I dunno who this kid is, but he has f'ing game. Gonna keep an eye on him." He hasn't disappointed. Just a wonderful stroke, strategy IQ off the charts, and a top-of-top-tier player.
That how’s done showing his own teammates to be strong and punishing other team for the mistakes not like Shane always ending short on his performance or at least 80 percent shot
@@SpaceboyBilliards I've only seen him in passing. I'm tall so I have trouble telling but that still lends to his cue is super long then. Just wondering why. Personal preference? How many Oz is it. I didn't mean any disrespect with the height deal.
Skylar Woodward is becoming my most entertaining pool player to watch!!
I hope Neils commentates the 2022 one. I love hearing him talk pool.
I can’t stand him commentating , he doesn’t stop talking

Let's go Sky! Stepping up when they needed him the most
Jayson reminds me to the French footballer who played in Manchester utd, back in 90's Sir Eric Cantona
Yeah, by how he pump up his crowd and fans
Love Skyler's confidence. He stands up to the pressure real well and doesn't back down from a challenge.
Be fun to watch SVB/ Woodard vs Shaw/ Filler in a long 9 ball race for a million bucks!
Damn shaw that miscue at 17:56 ugh. He was trying to put some major draw to get into position for the 6.
We know, we all watched the video
@@tabtar lol who shit in your tea this morning

Niels you have great style
These are both amazing players
is so hard to do what this guys doing... playing couple years and watching them always making me go to pub with my cue and play some
😅 Shaw reminds me this guy Walter from "The Big Lebowski".. Awsome player.
Skyler is good at them jump shots 😄
Skylar is a hell of a player
He is the man!
The best U.S. player in the Mosconi Cup, for the last 4 years.

Jayson Shaw is copeting against an efren Reyes performance
Doesn't Jayson Shaw always accuse his opponents of cheating?
No.
No.

Shaw deserved to lose with that stupid rookie amateur miscue. Seriously, how does something like that happen at this level.
Jason is like 5 foot 4. Why does he use his cue so long
Jayson is like 6 ft 🤣 ive met him in person. Im 5 ft 10 and he is taller
