Unfortunately, I have as a clinician in session and it was eerie AF. I didn’t even acknowledge it and kept a blank face and their affect changed quickly recognizing the acting made no effect on me.

Please never judge someone by the way they mourn. There’s a case where a man didn’t cry right and the police blamed him. A man admitted to the killing that was completely off the police radar. He confessed bc it was a mistaken identity. He was after the friend that stayed the night over there 2 months prior. If that man hadn’t confessed, the man would’ve been found guilty of killing his girlfriend. So please never judge someone by the way they way or how much they cry.

Has anybody else noticed that when she makes that horrible face, which will scar me for life, and attempts to cry, that she looks at the judge and jury to make absolutely sure they see her in such emotional distress, but when questioned by the prosecutor she mostly looks at the prosecutor, or is it just me?

It’s pretty clear that this woman attended the Amber Heard ‘school of crying on the stand!!’ All she’s doing is squinting her eyes, sniffling in through her nose and making her voice sound ‘upset’. I haven’t seen one tear drop fall whatsoever

I read that the police believe her two year old son shot the little girl and she tried to cover it up. I know that’s her testimony as well but the police couldn’t determine who shot the daughter but the son had GSR on him and so did she. The police can’t prove who did it but according to them they believe the son being the shooter is most likely what happened. She was charged with felony murder, reckless homicide, aggravated child neglect, making a false report, tampering with evidence and attempting to tamper with evidence.
Taking the stand is never a good idea when you are accused of murder.
Especially when you’re guilty.

The girl had multiple wounds, I do not think it's physically possible for a 2 year old to do that.
A two year old would not be charged for any type of crime. Nor would a two year-old be ridiculed, shamed nor ostracized for an accidental shooting. The child at that age would not remotely remember the shooting. There was nothing to "protect" the two year old child from.
I don’t have an opinion on her guilt or innocence, but your statement cannot be passed off as fact like you’re attempting to do.
Every single individual is different. I remember the car accident I was in at 8 months and then almost drowning to death at 3. I had a photographic memory until a TBI completely turned my life into something different at 19 years of age. I used to be able to recite pages of words, numbers, phrases after only a couple minutes of reviewing it and I was a stellar pupil on my way to becoming a doctor.
So, my single personal example makes your statement false. Most people won’t retain consistent memories until around the age of 4, but it’s completely possible to remember things prior to that age.
Furthermore, if a person is affected by actions and environments of the mother whilst in her womb, then it is illogical to think that experiences at 2 years old couldn’t affect a person.

Im thinking the child had been shot in the chest. Cause if you recall the officer said she had a wound on her hand, arm, and chest. Imo the bullet went through her hand, than hit her in the chest. So if thats the case, with all the blood maybe thats why she didnt want to perform cpr.

What is mind boggling to me is that I have not seen a single tear shed from this woman. According to the officer she was very quiet when he arrived and now crying every time she mentions her daughter's name. This story does not add up.
Yep!, she was sat there as cool as anything but yet she wasn’t even attempting to help her daughter and the PTSD was utter nonsense as regardless of that if you were any kind of a decent mom you would be hysterical and you would be doing everything you could to help your child, plus then she didn’t remember the officer taking her daughter out…..she is the biggest liar and hypocrite ever!!

Not defending her but when I was told my daughter died I went to an exercise class 2 hours later. 3 years now & it’s hard to get out of bed and function from depression & grief. Grief is an odd entity…..

Why would she go and pickup Gavin first instead of calling 911 and getting help for Destiny? Wouldn’t you try to stop the bleeding straight away. She’s the one dying!! She should have grabbed the gun and aided Destiny while calling 911! Her daughter had no comfort while she was dying!

She’s crying but there are no Tears, then when ask a question she stops, followed by another question she starts to try to cry no matter how hard she she squeezes her face no tears are coming out, that’s unbelievable.

What parent seeing your lifeless child bleeding to death would be more concerned about hiding a gun to protect what she claims was an accidental shooting by your 2 year old over trying to save your child that is severely injured...no way! She was more concerned in hiding evidence than trying to get her babygirl immediate help. The math is not adding up here.

She’s the worst liar I’ve ever seen take the sand. She didn’t realize that she needed to wipe her invisible tears to go along with all the fake crying until either her attorney or the judge basically reminded her of it. If the judge said it then I’d like to think that he only did it to nonchalantly point it out to the jurors to make sure they see she’s been crying since she sat on the stand but I never once saw a single tear in her eyes. She tried so hard to make herself cry & couldn’t. She’s a very cold & heartless woman to do such a thing, she should get the maximum sentence possible, she has no remorse.

All that crying and so far I’ve only seen her use one tissue. If it was real tears the tissue would have fallen apart and her nose would be snotty. She needs to brush up her acting skills.

Let's say the 2 year old did shoot the daughter.... it's because the gun was left out. Had she been honest from the beginning instead of telling a million different stories/lies she wouldn't have been in as much trouble as she is now.

That's why I think her son did shoot the gun. However, she is 100% at fault regardless. Negligence on her part.

Okay a few thoughts….. if you are calm and level headed enough to get rid of your phone for fear that you would be caught selling drugs than her whole defense of being in shock and not remembering the interview or what she said is a lie!! Exactly! My daughter got outside one time when she was about 2 and when I ran out after her I didn't spot her right away. I was hysterical! My neighbour came out and said she had her. In that moment even though I knew she was safe I could not stop crying or catch my breath. It took me a few hours honestly to get my emotions in check from being so scared/worried. It doesn't just turn off with a snap of the fingers.
She stated that her 2 year old was on his knees hysterically crying ... a two year old baby would not be affected because he simply would not understand the concept of a gun and it's dangers. He also wouldn't have any idea of what death is and that he caused it.
I don't believe her and hope that that little boy is kept away from her because he has already forgotten the events of that day, but I'm sure she would keep drilling it into his head if allowed around him.

Have you ever shot a firearm ? He would certainly be crying. They are so loud even in a range with ear protection! The sound and kickback alone would’ve scared him half to death, but I don’t think her story is plausible and even if it is it’s her fault
@@deep5351the thing about her story is the 2 year old child would be crying and also have an injury to its hands fingers and or face/head or chest because of the recoil of the firearm it most likely would’ve hit him somewhere
On top of that gun powder would be all over his clothes hands fingers etc. which there is none of that as evidence so it never happened
