The blurring under eye powder doesn’t make the under eye dry? I have dryness under one eye and I’m struggling with the set the concealer thing. Welcome all ideas.
I have dryness under my eyes too, I had to return the powder.. its good in the beginning but after few hours it really looked dry. I'm sticking with my Charlotte Tilbury powder.. been using it for almost a year now and it's the only powder that makes me happy with my under eyes everytime I look in the mirror. 🙂
