OMG! The algorithm in RUclips is freaking me out with this video! I’ve literally been thinking about this issue with my swing for just the past week and then this. Great content. Thank you!

Another great video, Harry. I don't have great consistency with controlling my low point, and I am certain it's because of a tendency to sway forward too early in the downswing. I'll usually thin those strikes.

Thank you, that’s interesting, this could be the case along with an early release and allowing the club head to over take the hands too soon. Can you relate to this?

I did not like this video at all! This Graham Cox does just what you have been teaching NOT TO DO. Keeping his weight forward and pushing down toward the left side which in fact as you say there is an equal and opposite reaction and so you will want to push back off the left foot as you swing. I have tried this Cox method in the past and it did not work at all. So which is it, push down on the left foot or push down more on the right leg to push forward during the downswing? Please clarify!

Hi Ronald thanks for commenting with your thoughts on this video. So this is a concept that another coach (my colleague) Graham likes to teach… something he has had most success with. Wheres I have found most success or more success using the method of the squat from right to left side.
I’m open to showing other ways to help as many golfers as I can… as I’m aware that a tip or drill I use in a video won’t help everyone as every swings the club different.
If you’re fining more success with the squat on stick to it!
