I don't think I've ever mentioned it, but I really like how Redout 2 has those signs telling you what direction the track is going instead of a mini-map, also that ship looks like a bug of some kind.
damn near lapped the entire field. also is it just me, or do ships that end up lapped automatically get disqualified? cause it seemed like every time you overtook one, they were eliminated a few seconds later. might be a neat challenge, try to win an endurance race by disqualifying all your other opponents due to lapping them.
How do you think it feels being the guy in dead last, knowing your ship is going to be the next to explode, and the dude in first passes you doing double the speed you're going?
Oof I guess I gotta set a record again. I did a really fast run on the boss race but I forgot what the actual time was, I’ll check later. Are you playing on Xbox?
@@Joltout Rip Xbox been dead. Havant played in a while sadly. Are there any discord servers or anything? I’m often bored and all the games I like are super old & I never find a lobby on RO2 😕
Joltout: 11 laps for Fun
Also Joltout: It's been ten laps, I'm not gonna bother tilting anymore

The ship is literally called Mantis aha
Just like in Rally racing, games or otherwise, its kind of necessary when you can be rounding a corner at the speed of love.
Endurance Racing Near a Black Hole... Whoa.
Dude, you almost exploded at the end, lmao. You can really tell the 11 lap marathon was exhausting, cause those final parts were wild
I still want to know who in the SRRL thought it was a good idea building a track into a black hole
I always use a Sulha on this map, fucking love it every time. +600 and above looks so hard to control lmao.
The Black hole track is my favorite. So fast and the visuals are impressive asf 🔥
its interesting how you have a ship load out for different maps, this one in particular is my favourite
Lol +1000km/h , I finished the game 2 months ago, I would have really liked a circuit editor, it's really the only thing missing in redout 2,
I don't understand how you can make the turns so well... I'm hitting rail to rail even tho i break to almost a crawl
i too like to take my death defying spaceship out along the race tracks when i'm a lil bored
Most pilots would opt for VERTEX.
Not this guy.
Gap: 35km LMAO

I think they didn't expect people to lap the AI, so didn't bother deleting "dead" enemies lol
this is like zone... but even harder :o

second video with the Mantis already, what do you like about it so much?
Everything

I play on PC

hey uhhhh...it's me again
if i can ask (been resisting to),how did you set up your ship for this vid?
Not meta in the slightest lol
Mostly just everything close to balanced with durability being low.
Do you play with assists?
Nope. Turned those off straight away from the start.
so now the black hole has a lava effect?
Parts of it heat up your ship. So the heat vfx display when you're in those sections.
@@Joltout pretty sure it used to be a more subtle red effect
@@timothygooding9544 nah that’s when your in a section with elevation differences, and if you don’t pitch your ship, it’ll get red around the screen
@@malakaithedemigod That's scraping the ground, and afaik it just makes sparks. Getting close to the hole's accretion disk does heat up your ship
@@stepexgd6628 yea I know that. I made a error, I keep thinking Redout 2 has that same effect depending on pitch. Lol.
