Why do I think of a au of Thomas and friends where Edward dies and disrespects Everyone not trusting them and killing or hurting them in the process, hitting Bertie, bashing Percy’s buffers off and making him cut his eye off off a low signal, Toby gets smashed into a brick wall leading him to be a pieces of wood with a bleeding face, jamming the points making James derail and destroy knapford harbor with a grin and killed even Gordon with the express going into tidmouth station (which stops there and has buffers at the end😢) Henry gets pushed in the ocean to almost drown, and gets badly damaged, and Percy luckily survived, and calmed Thomas down, after Edwards death…
And btw this is set in 1949, when Percy came.😢 depressing ain’t it. I thought of it cause of Thomas and Edwards.. early experiences, Thomas’s brothers were jerks, Edward was the brother Thomas never had so.. he was heart broken, SOMETHING HAPPENED TO EDWARD, he was bombed, Thomas believed someone bombed Edward (like Alfred did in that whole movie )
