I'm a bit slow, what should a person logically do if a stranger randomly accidentally sends them that conveniently perfect amount of much needed useful money?
If this happens, instantly send the money to another account, like a family members. They can’t get it back since that money isn’t in your account I think.
I forwarded money to family expecting it to be returned which it was but the transaction got reversed, and i am indebted to give back my own money to Paypal for forwarding money onto some who hacked the account/phone of my family member. Now i have bailiffs pursuing me. I for one am boycotting Paypal, its sanctioning human rights activists around the world and is part of the new world order hegemony we are witnessing.
If a scammer would’ve did that to me first of all, if I got that, I would’ve instantly spent it and then I would’ve said sorry wrong person you didn’t send me anything
My dad encountered with these types of scammers he told the bank someone’s trying to steal 5000 from me and he had to pay 5000 to my dad cuz my dad was a bank manager
Thats a dumb scam lol. Why would a scammer send someone $1000 on the trust that they have morals? That doesn’t make sense to me less i’m missing something and wouldn’t pay pal see the transaction that the person you “accidentally” sent 1k to sent it back to you via friends and family? This whole scenario doesn’t make sense to me Lol
I got sent and case opened and held for $325 , and I'm afraid to hit the "send full refund" button. This has never happened to me and I'm afraid to hit buttons with my debit card attached to it.
I had the second time a call from India, where they told me a transaction, I never did, something about 740 EUR. I play along and confuse they by claiming, that I wanted to pay 800 instead. Play some minutes with the scammer and at one point I ask for the weather in Kolkata.

Either way if you don’t send them the 1k, they’re going to call PayPal and get the money back.
ahah- same thing happend to me now my paypal is in negative :skull:
I think under these circumstances PayPal has to fork out the money due to their buyer protection 😂😂
