You should show them a good video on Brazilian Capoeira! It's a type of martial art "fighting" style that is really more of a dance. Imagine turning break-dancing into a fighting style. This would be that. Except this form of martial art/dance is over 500 years old. It was created by enslaved Africans in Brazil. The dance and music was incorporated into the martial art to disguise the fact that they were practicing fighting techniques. It's a beautiful style that takes a lot of practice and coordination. There are many great examples on RUclips to check out. I think they'd get a "kick" out of it (pun intended)! 🕺
I wanted to see them watching Russian dancers or Austrian with the lederhosen! Oh, and Scotland, highland dancers accompanied by bagpipes They do love music, especially Babu Bhai!
that phillipine dance with the sticks reminded me of scottish sword dancing. and what about clog dancing ? and fred astaire. they would love that i'm sure. they are so discerning and intelligent in their appreciation. thanks.
Hm, are there more videos of this kind? Because I was hoping for Russia, Greece and Austria :) And since Sarru mentioned dancing peacocks, you could show them animal "dances" - which is supposed to mean, mating rituals!
So funny to see the Balinese Kecak dance in here as that's where I'm from. It indeed is very similar to Indian dance because in Bali the main religion is Hindu and has a lot of Indian influences. Nice video like always. Glad to have the OG crew back
I'm a little sad they didnt have traditional Georgian dancing in this, the massive leaps they make and the swords they dance with make it IMO one of the most incredible traditional dances in the world.

7:11 Tinikling is a traditional Philippine folk dance which originated during the Spanish colonial era.[1] The dance involves two people beating, tapping, and sliding bamboo poles on the ground and against each other in coordination with one or more dancers who step over and in between the poles in a dance. It is traditionally danced to rondalla music, a sort of serenade played by an ensemble of stringed instruments which originated in Spain during the Middle Ages. The locomotor movements used in tinkling are hopping, jumping and turning
