I just got one and they are now button activated liner locks. Very nice upgrade, you should take a look. It no longer has a back flipper.
I prefer a nice 50 HRC so the blade just melts while cutting material
I love this design.
I love mine once I modified the pocket clip after sending the knife back under warranty.
I love mine but it has slight up and down play which bums me out. I also wish the blade was a bit longer instead of them wrapping tha backspacer around. There's at least 3/16 to 1/4 that could be added.
If that was a crossbar lock i would jump on it so fast

Mc, I would like to edc a pitchfork, any suggestions? It's wacky the hills some stand on like it's the only opinion that matters.
I EDC a folding woodstove and some folding firewood.

If only this was in a larger size...like 3.5"-4.5" blade. It's reminiscent of the Thunderbird. A more premium version. I REALLY like it.

My €40 Böker Magnum blue Jay Button lock has no sideways or up and down play. And almost all companies have problems getting it right😂
I'm actually about to return my Triad to the factory by request of Ketuo. The pivot screw insists on coming loose after 5 minutes of flipping. The action was a little stiff out of the box and I figured it'd break in, unfortunately it came completely loose instead. Loose enough that the blade would push against the frame when using the thumb studs. Tightened it, flipped it and it came loose again so I got in contact with Ketuo. I'm pretty disappointed, guess well see what Ketuo can do for me.
Should have just used blue Lock-tite, would have taken care of the issue completely
I thought about it but I didn't want to risk getting any thread locker in the bearing. Plus at $450 AUD I expect the screw to hold from the factory.
Totally get it; ya did what you thought was best for the knife which is always the correct option. But boy is this guy pricey in Austrailian currency lol

Yeah I think this is just too expensive everything considered. It’s a button lock that probably will have some blade play and it’s m390 that they are only claiming 59-61 on. I just don’t see why you’d still make a knife in m390, from my understanding it’s hard to sharpen and chips easily while not actually even having a high hrc. Judging by how commonly it’s being used now by random Chinese manufacturers I’m guessing it’s gotten incredibly easy and affordable to get your hands on. It’s seems to be following the path that D2 went on but I doubt it will ever become such a prolific choice for budget knife steel as D2 now is. I do love the design of this knife though and how it has basically every deployment choice you can imagine.
