hey man im not too sure to be exact but i have a yeswelder aswell and it performs great. but i think that machine only runs DC, meaning it will only do Steal, titanium and other materials. not sure what you where gettin after in the video there couldnt really tell but that machine wont do aluminum
Did you clean the plate with acetone than wire brush it with a stainless brush making you strokes in the same direction and than cleaning it with acetone again. I've watched enough YT videos to know this much. No expert here just asking questions. I'm old I can gas weld arc and mig weld.
BEWARE: YesWelder will not service or support anything not purchased through their official YesWelder stores. If you need a part and don't have an approved purchase invoice, they will not support it. No parts are available on their website. THESE ARE DISPOSABLE UNITS.
What does that mean that you use it once and then get rid of it. And how would feel about this product if you got for a straight 100. Would you its worth it for a 95 to a hunnid bucks just for the machine?

That galvanized metal giving you the headache.
The machine you are using will NOT work for aluminum. It should work great for steel though.
Would you rather it work for aluminum or steel? I'm a noob😂
Have you tried switching polarity?
Set your gauge to 40 psi and barely crack open your lead torch you'll see the difference
Look up "metal fume fever"
You cant weld aluminum with that machine only carbon an stainless steel an your gas is to high

One thing you need to know is wind is a bad thing for tig
Your gas is to high it's blowing your weld off that's why it isn't holding
