    Sparks with TIG = not good. Either gaz is absent/not enough, or you're cutting through. Also, for TIG you NEED to prepare the spots to be weld beforehand. This deep yellow/orange discoloration everywhere is rust, your shielding is lacking.

      Did you watch until 8:18? Please do... you'll find his comment amusing. Shit ton of sparks...guy says "Too much gas flow there"...but obviously then realises his gas is off! 🤦

    8:18 "Too much gas flow there"
    Every other Tig welder on Earth: Try turning your gas ON!!!!!
    😫 Has this guy ever Tig welded before??!!??

    Hi! The video could be better at showing the actual weld being made, but at least I could clearly understand what you said. Thank You, JD

    I can't believe you were the "welder" chosen by this company to promote it. You're welding in the opposite way on a rusted piece with a rather ugly outcome. Self-taught mayhaps? Because it shows.

      @@sparkyjb488 - I suppose you don't understand why a company has its products go through quality assurance before they go to market? It's so that consumers can see the quality before they buy. Much like how I am a professional welder and look up videos like this, expecting a professional welder showing the machine's capabilities, not some dude in his garage who doesn't even bother with cleaning the rust off the pieces before unsuccessfully welding them.

      @@SnorrioK may have got a better arc if he’d bothered to resharpen the tip after dipping it in the weld pool on the second weld

    May i ask how to connect the tig torch to argon?

    • @ParweldTV
      @ParweldTV  4 года назад

      You have a two piece Tig torch with this package so one with the 35-50 Dinse goes into the machine and the other with 3/8’’ to connect to gas.

    It's good to sharpen the tungsten lol , I'd do yourself a favour sell the welding set and get someone else to do it for you 👍

    @REVERSE_BIAS 3 года назад +4

    Hmmm.....parweld, if you need someone to demo your weld equipment, I'll gladly do it.
    I'd prepare the metal down to bright metal first... I'd set my gas to the correct flow rate so that sparks aren't flying off... I'd move the tig torch in the correct direction (advancing toward the filler rod NOT away from it... and my hand won't wobble around so that the newly ground tungsten doesn't dip into the weld on the very first attempt and ball like a blob!...
    Basically I'll do the complete opposite of this guy.

    This is like a joke video. The production quality is appalling. I can’t see the weld forming. I can’t hear the spoken words at the end. What are you guys thinking? Why spend millions on R&D and manufacturing only to destroy sales with this DIY spoof movie??? Get a salesman who knows how to make presentations!! I want one of these, but you’re seriously undermining your product and business with this shockingly bad video.

    UNBELIEVABLE!!!👎🥴
